Video obtained by a San Antonio TV station appears to show a man with his hands up fatally shot by deputies, an encounter that authorities say happened after the armed man resisted arrest and nonlethal weapons failed to bring him under control.
Gilbert Flores, 41, died shortly after the shooting Friday, the Bexar County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Monday.
Deputies Greg Vasquez and Robert Sanchez were responding to a domestic disturbance and found a woman with a cut on her head and a baby who appeared injured, according to the statement.
The video, which was shot by a bystander and obtained exclusively by KSAT-TV, shows the deputies encounter with Flores as they attempted to arrest him.

What I saw was one hand raised, the other presumably raised but obscured by a telephone pole or something. The video stops there (looked like near a hundred yards distant). It didn’t show me any shooting, nor what prompted that.
If the cop is White you must indict!

That doesn’t look good for the officers. Supposedly, there is another video that is better.
Video doesn’t show any shooting, from what I saw. Might have shown what led up to the shooting, but it cut off before anything happened.
It does show the shooting. The news station stopped before the shooting occurred. But you can hear the gunshots.
And if the cop is Brown? You just keep him around?
You abuse a woman and a child two cops show up and you continuously resist arrest?
Coroner’s Verdict should be suicide.
There was video from last Friday where a white guy wandered into the lobby of a Texas police station and wound up dead. Admittedly the guy was obviously acting weird and the police did confront him. But he wasn’t armed and when they wrestled him to the ground to cuff him it looked like one cop was kneeling on his neck.
If the killer is Brown, come on down!

As reprehensible as those offenses are, they are not capital crimes. Shooting a suspect is supposed to be used only as a last resort, not a first or second one.
You resist arrest you are tempting fate. He cooperates and he is alive today. He chose poorly.
The video does not show the wife and baby beater’s left hand as it was blocked by a utility pole. It is also not clear if he dropped his right hand after being shot or if he lowered it and was shot as a result.

Resisting arrest is not a valid reason for shooting someone.
There will be an investigation and if there is negligence they will be punished. Until then, one less wife beater to worry about.
