I just have to wonder if Trump can be trusted on any number of fronts. Most importantly can he be trusted to pick one or two Supreme Court justices. Of course, Hillary can't be trusted whatsoever. Trump would be preferable to any Democrat. And I think Walker and Cruz and Carson are men with good intentions but that may be a moot point. I'm just worried that Trump might just go his own way and what anyone else thinks becomes inconsequential due to his dominant personality. The condition of this country is not good and I have no idea what kind of president Trump will be.
Good question, Molly.
At this early stage of the primary season, I trust Ted Cruz more than the others, but Carson and Jindal seem worthy.
I have more to learn about Carly, so I reserve judgment there, and I waiver some on a few of the others. I need to hear more from Walker, his past is somewhat mixed.
I do not trust Jeb, Trump, Graham, and Hillary or Biden or Lizzie Warren.
.
(Great topic that needed asking; not all vanities get such a good response)
Of course it is. Have you noticed who doesn’t lift a finger to try to stop it? The GOPe.
They want Leftist nominees.
It goes beyond retardet too. It’s just plain sabotage of national loyalist ideals.
What do you know about Democrats and Moderate Republicans?
Is it your take they’re looking for a Cruz, or a Bush?
Okay, then it’s your take that Democrats and Moderate Republicans have been waiting breathlessly for the right Conservative to come along.
You do realize that Moderate Republicans and Democrats think Tea Party members are terrorists right?
Of course not.
Peggy Noonan thinks they may be looking for Trump. Cruz doesn’t seem to be catching on, nor Jeb!
no , I will never vote for any Democrat again
That is the one thing about Trump. Even though he is hawking Conservative policies, and educating the public to support them, he is also perceived by many to be a Leftist.
At best those I’m talking about don’t see him as a devout Conservative. They don’t see him as a party hack. This causes them to drop their defenses related to party hacks.
Cruz couldn’t get their vote, but a guy hawking the same policies and not holding public office, suddenly looks appealing to them.
This is why Trump can pull in a Trump Democrat factor.
It’s why he stands a very good chance of being nominated.
He doesn’t turn off Democrats or Moderate Republicans.
In part I view the guy as a door opener. He walks into the Oval Office, and Cruz slips right in, nobody noticing.
In four or eight, Cruz is the new standard bearer, he never would have been.
Didn’t mean to pick on ya. Okie?
He must be fit...he mentioned that his BP was 108.
I think he works out at the slow intensive exercise...30 mins a day video here:

Agree on Jindal, but definitely not Carson. NO to Jeb and Rubio. Might as well vote Democrat as either of those two. This election is going to be a vote AGAINST politicians and the strongest of the non political crowd is Trump. Trump is getting support from a wide spectrum of people. I haven’t seen that in a long while. Worth paying attention to.
“In part I view the guy as a door opener. He walks into the Oval Office, and Cruz slips right in, nobody noticing.”
I’m not trying to be offensive, and I’m don’t won’t to receive posts telling me what a horrible I am, but I will never understand the magic that people assign to Cruz.
1.) He tried to get more H1-B visas through the Senate.
2.) He has called for more legal immigration — already one million plus per year. Legal immigration alone will destroy the nation, quickly.
3.) He voted for TPA, a bill Obama salivated over. Finally voted against it the second time when his vote did not matter.
4.) He voted for the Corker bill, unending our treaty protection clause in the Constitution. Obama salivated over the bill.
5.) He refused to take a stance on the birthright citizenship for children of illegals.
Notice, these are votes mostly and it is not me claiming to be able to peer into his inner most heart motivations.
Well...
I think you touch on a point we all fear. I say this because I view Cruz favorably. We develop a qualified trust of these folks and it evaporates.
It’s part of the reason why I don’t run and hide when folks trash Trump. I know their candidate’s day is coming.
I don’t know all these to be true, but I’m not up on them enough to say you’re wrong. For all I know you’re right on all these.
It’s certainly something to review and think about.
I appreciate the mention.
The last three are easy to verify.
I have bookmarked your post. I haven’t dismissed it.
I think trump is defining the differences, but I don't trust him because of his past
I think Jeb because of his brother has too much baggage with voters to ultimately win the presidency if he is the nominee for Republicans.
Yes, I agree Trump is defining the difference; he is seemingly also the main one countering hillary for now on some key policy points. Anyway, at this stage anything can happen. I still think Cruz is the best choice, though he may be viewed as ‘too conservative’ by the average voter.
BTW, I don’t trust any politician, and even Trump is one or he wouldn’t be in this process and doing rather well so far - it’s how each play and will play the political game that defines 50% of their viability & after becoming president, their performance & delivery. Hmm, Walker may be a good alternative to Trump or Cruz.
We...I have no idea!
Me... I’m with him 100% and hope he teams with Cruz for the twofer.
