Interviewing Donald Trump, GOP front-runner, requires two things of a reporter: a tape recorder to catch each and every one of Trumps rapid-fire responses, and a willingness to chat. Unlike most contenders, Trump doesnt really sit for an interview, calmly answering question after question. Instead, he plunges into a roiling, tangential, and humor-spiked conversation from the moment his assistant, Rhona Graff, connects you with his line at Trump Tower.
Earlier this week, Trump had a 35-minute call with The Washington Post. Several of his observations and answers made it into Thursday's story on the long-simmering melodrama between him and the Bush family.
But due to space limitations, many of the moguls 33 jabs at the Bushes which we numerated in the transcript and is about one put-down per minute did not.
Here is the complete list.
1. Trump criticizes former Florida governor Jeb Bush for his comments on Iraq: Im not looking to get under his skin. Im really not. Did you see where he said we have to have skin in the game? You saw that, right? Can you imagine? After spending $2 trillion lives, warriors we have to show them. I mean, who is 'them'? Theyre a bunch of thieves over there. Thats who 'them' is.
2. Trump on whether Jeb Bush has a clue: I mean, this guy. I dont think he has a clue. But what are you going to do? What are you going to do?
3. Trump on Jeb Bushs immigration views: The act of love was a stupid statement.

Substitute “the Bushes” for “the Democrats,” and then I’d be impressed.
Trump comes up with these off the top of his head... No wonder Jebby is apoplectic.
Slapping down his binder, slamming him into the lockers, giving him the birth control melvin, toilet swirly in the boys bathroom:
I LOVE IT...!
Read all 33 of them.
Gotta get past the GOPe / RINO defenders and promoters of liberalism first, then we can go after people who admit their preference for bigger government and higher taxes.
33 mentions is not enough.
Trump’s not playing by the rules and it drives the MSM crazy.
Good.
I’m finding it pretty hard to disagree with Trump on any topic he discusses. A lot of people on FR call Trump a liberal, but so far he is talking the talk. If he gets elected and follows through with just 50% of what he’s saying...I’ll be happy.
I disagree. I lost respect for Trump when, with all his money, he couldn’t excavate Barack Obama’s educational records. That gave me the impression that he’s actually afraid of Obama and the Marxist left.
I’m prepared to support him if I can believe he’s after the real enemy. Anyone can make a gormless yutz like Jeb Bush look like a gormless yutz. Go after a real target.
Jeb was really worth $1.3 to $2.0 million per year? LMAO
Trump has Jeb's number, and I think it was because Trump did something a lot of FReepers refuse to do.
He knew Bush would be the GOPe go-to guy, and he's destroying him up front.
RINOS. They're our number one enemy, because they block our good candidates for the nomination. As soon as Trump is done with Jeb, time to move on to number two RINO.
Who is this helping the most. At Trump's figures, it's guys like Cruz and Carson.
That’s almost once each minute. I guess a person has to break for air.
333 mentions would be better. ;-)
The rules are to the liberals’ favor.
You can’t criticize certain demographic groups without name calling.
Conservatives can’t lie or even be wrong, but liberals can lie and give excuses and be forgiven.
Conservatives can’t get angry or name-call, but liberals who slander and use vile curses against conservatives are fine.
Conservatives get questions from moderators that presume their views are racist/bigoted/bad, and aren’t supposed to question the supposition that they are inherently bad. Like the “what is your view on the Republican war on women?” or “war on the poor” questions from supposedly neutral moderators.
Throwing out rules of warfare that are set up to your severe disadvantage is a good thing.
All in due time. You take out the targets that are closest to you and work out from there.See how that woks?
Trump has gone after Bush's handlers, directly and to their faces. In addition to obliterating the Best and the Brightest of the GOP Consultancy, Trump is de-balling Bush's money men, who run the GOP, every day on live TV. These are Chamber moguls and donors who fancy themselves the Big Leagues, and Trump is beating them to a pulp.
Nailed it uncle miltie.
As would most of us.except of course nick carroway.
