What's even more brutal (or worth a chuckle) are some of the comments about Cruz. As a Canadian, I can say that Maritimers can be very nice and very personable folk, but you have to be careful with ones like her who are just so full of themselves concerning their beliefs in big government and entitlements, etc. I also feel bad when ones like her come to the United States from our country and feel that it is their God given duty to lecture to ones like Cruz in this manner.

There’s a part in the article in which she says that she wished Cruz (who is Canadian born) spent more time in Canada so he could really appreciate public healthcare. This is such a pathetic, tired old canard from the left, given that for years, doctors and nurses looking for jobs and patients seeking timely care (and avoiding line ups in which people have died while waiting for a treatment) have come to the United States and Canada.
