We know that Clint Eastwood is a true patriot who makes bold, pro-American films. American Sniper the box office smash hit about NAVY Seal Chris Kyle has been viewed by millions around the world.
Now, Clint Eastwood has shared his opinion on Donald Trump in a huge way. Not only does Eastwood support him, but hes speaking on behalf of Trump in California, Arizona, and Nevada!

Not true. Nothing about it on google. Looks like nearly everything on TPI is just complete and utter bullshit. the article referred to by TPI is from august 8 and says this:
tough-talking conservative celebrities Donald Trump and Clint Eastwood are teaming up out west.
I will be in California this weekend making a speech for Clint Eastwood, Trump, whos seeking the Republican nomination for President, tweeted on Wednedsay.
Then to Arizona and Vegas. Big crowds. Discussing illegals & more!
A Trump campaign spokeswoman described the event with Eastwood as private and declined to disclose more details.
Seems like Trump said he’s speaking at Eastwood’s event, then going to Arizona and Nevada where he expects big crowds - is there some link somewhere which indicates that Eastwood has made an endorsement or any scheduled appearances to speak for Trump? (And would Trump even consider having someone speak for him??)
Seems like someone got overly excited and made a post without carefully reading what they were posting about. (Or is that me?)
That's why Trump should use the Johnny Cash cover
July 10, 2015
?
It’s a private event with Eastwood and a group. Then they go on from there with Eastwood accompanying him at several venues.
This came out July 10, 2015 and it’s just now in breaking?

LOL! And that will certainly Make My Day! :)
Where is that stated? Can't find anything on Eastwood traveling with Trump, just that Trump was invited to speak at Eastwood's event.
Which makes a whole lot of sense as I'm unsure why he'd do yet another rally in Vegas and Arizona so soon after the other one.
Seems like a blogger got really excited and missed more than a few things.
Although my husband is in the hospital and I haven’t really kept up with the news (don’t know what happened on the French train), I am very sure, even though I’ve never met him, that Clint Eastwood wasn’t saying that Marines are a bunch of teenage twits, NorthMountain.
He’s right, we do have a lot of teenage twits... all we have to do is check out Twitter, etc., for the proof, but they are not those who have signed up for the Marines and who risk their lives for their country.
Wait, now I have perhaps lost the point, was it Clint EAstwood who said this, or Donald Trump? In any case, I am sure neither one of them was calling the Marines a bunch of teenage twits...
“BOOM!
Lets see. What role could Clint Eastwood serve in a Trump Administration? Hmmm.”

LOL! Secretary of State and diplomat extraordinaire! LOL!
That’s the kind of diplomacy we’ve been needing... kicking a** and taking names! LOL!
“There is a thread about four PACs formed to support Trump.
One wee formed by Hollywood technicians who planned to use their expertise to make videos about Trumps life
I will look for it if anyone is interested”

I would love to see that, hoosiermama! If you find it, it might be worth putting it in a separate thread, especially if they have any documents or youtube stuff posted. :)
I’m sure most of us would be a ‘wee’ bit interested in that. ;)
I am guessing Jon Voight is onboard with Trump too. Voight would be an interesting VP choice.
You got it right, in addition to referring to the leadership back in WWII. What we have today seem teens without a clue.
Nobody, least of all Clint Eastwood, is dissing our Marines today.
Absolutely correct about Eastwood. NorthMountain should at least think first and get it together prior to going, "Live".☺
I don't think Chgogal's comment merited that at all.
You (and Clint, apparently) are defecating on a whole generation of kids, most of whom are good, solid, decent folk. Metro-boys? You need to get out of Chitcago, and meet some real Americans.
As another gal who grew up within walking distance of O'Hare, I take offense. There are plenty of real Americans in Chicago.
By the way, about the "Chitcago" remark. It is a great city with a lot of great things going on, great history, lots of talented people and comedians from there, restaurants, museums, ballet, theater, anything to rival anything anywhere on the world stage. Wonder if you could say the same about your corner of the world.
However, I love the rural areas and the mountains and I have traveled pretty much all over the U.S. except for the far NW. I think they are all great and have something different and beautiful and unique to offer.
People from Chicago or any other big city are as American as anyone else. I don't know even what you mean by that, where you grew up or where you're from, but just because you may have a different viewpoint from her doesn't mean this person is not a "real American."
And as for this: Youre only making yourself look stupid and small with your comments.
Pot, meet kettle.
Maybe you're not feeling well; I have had a pretty bad day, too. But I am really sure that no one is trashing the entire generation of youth. I don't think Chigogal was or anyone else. Perhaps with this post I am out of line; I apologize if so. I think perhaps there was a miscommunication. I don't think anyone, anywhere meant any blanket statements. And with that, I'm going to get to bed. It has been a really difficult day for me, NorthMountain, and maybe I shouldn't even post this. I just felt you were lashing out at a person you've probably never met, for no reason. Take care.
