I looked it up and there is no guarantee that it would show on a DNA test if I understood correctly. Say, one of his grandparents was 25% black. Those traits might not show in his DNA test.

The photoshop face... looks white, but Photoshop can subtly change skin tones, and so can TVs, which is where it looks like the image came from.
