‘These comments reflect prejudice, racism or plain ignorance,’ Mexico’s foreign ministry says of Trump’s plan to make Mexico pay for a border wall.
Mexico’s government on Wednesday slammed US presidential hopeful Donald Trump’s proposals to deport undocumented immigrants en masse and make Mexicans pay for a wall separating the two countries as absurd, racist and ignorant.
Launching his bid for the Republican presidential nomination in New York in June, Trump accused Mexico of sending “rapists and drug runners” across the United States’ southern border and pledged to build a wall to keep illegal immigrants out.
Over the weekend, Trump said he would increase fees on some Mexican visas and all border crossing cards as part of a broader plan to make Mexico pay for the barrier. He also said he would deport millions of undocumented migrants.
“We continue to stand by our position that these comments reflect prejudice, racism or plain ignorance,” Mexico’s foreign ministry said in a statement on Wednesday....

Gee, I wonder how they’d think if the opposite was happening to them? There’s so many negative issues here I can go on for hours, but one thing is for sure; the Mexican government, one of the most corrupt in the world, will do anything, say anything and happily look the other way, as long as it’s problems land on the gringo’s doorstep. And those billions of US dollars flowing back from the drug trade and from the illegals’ paychecks is a meal ticket they can’t shake. We’ve been the relief valve on their corrupt pressure cooker since their last revolution. Since they can’t get it right, they’re happy to continue to send their headaches here. We already have enough with our own, mucho gracias, we don’t need third world country problems on top of it. Just sayin’.
Anyone who knows anything about Mexico’s immigration policies, knows that they would never tolerate the “invasion” that is going on here. They would never give illegal aliens benefits and rights.
