(Washington, DC ) – Judicial Watch announced that the State Department asserts in its most recent filing with the court the State Department did not issue personal computing devices to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and possibly destroyed the Blackberries of her aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills:
[The State Department] does not believe that any personal computing device was issued by the Department to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and has not located any such device at the Department. [The State Department] believes that Ms. Mills and Ms. Abedin were each issued BlackBerry devices. [The State Department] has not located any such device at the Department … Because the devices issued to Ms. Mills and Ms. Abedin would have been outdated models, in accordance with standard operating procedures those devices would have been destroyed or excessed.
State did identify the “state.gov” email accounts of Mills, Abedin and two other former officials, but stated that Clinton “did not use a state.gov account.”
The filing follows the recent court order granting Judicial Watch’s request for a hearing this week, on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 12:00 p.m., which had previously been scheduled for September. State recently sought a one-week extension from the court, and the judge denied it (the court changed the time of the hearing to 1 p.m.)
“The questions just keep popping up. Every time the State Department tries to justify its stonewalling, one more bit of information arises,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “If the State Department was not providing secure email devices to Mrs. Clinton, who was? Best Buy? Target? Mrs. Clinton clearly did whatever she wanted, without regard to national security or federal records keeping laws.”
The developments come in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that seeks records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, the former Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about Hillary Clinton’s email records.
When you care about the country and not just about yourself, doing the right thing isn't a challenge. Unfortunately we have a leading Democratic Party contender for the presidency who cares about herself first, her power second, her bank account third, and almost no one else fourth. Finally, I have been warning people on the fence about this issue for a while now that a rock-solid reliable source has guaranteed me that Hillary's private email server was compromised and hacked in to. Just imagine for a moment if your son or daughter is a classified operator within the U.S. government in a hot zone overseas and his or her name is on that server?

Judge may be getting pissed. The more stuff coming in Hillary’s scandals makes the Judge look bad. I wish the Judge would make a direct order and handle the entire email situation immediately. It does seem they are just playing out the clock.

Law firm representing Hillary has ties to State Dept.

An attorney who worked for the same firm representing Hillary Clinton in the legal battle over her private emails now oversees the State Department’s handling of those same emails.
Catherine Duval, formerly of Williams & Connolly, departed the Internal Revenue Service last year for the State Department, where she assumed responsibility for the release of Clinton’s emails and for the agency’s production of documents to the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
Rep. Jim Jordan, a member of both the select committee and the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said he sees similarities between the IRS investigation and the Benghazi investigation.
“It’s interesting that Kate Duval was at Williams & Connolly, and then went to the IRS, and when she was at the IRS, she was the chief counsel when the 422 backup tapes were destroyed,” Jordan told the Washington Examiner, referring to Duval’s involvement in an investigation into IRS targeting of conservatives.

That right there is a massive violation of way too many National Security laws. If proven true that Hillary Clinton used an unsecured Blackberry cellphone to conduct official Department of State business, her political career is officially over and she'll be spending time in female equivalent of Leavenworth.

Did the state department have a secure server when stuff from the CIA, NSA, military and such could sent classified information? It would seem that the current state department is covering for Hillary.

Why am I not surprised, for the last 6 1/2 years this type behavior has been SOP in this administration. Many many heads should roll over this and other outright unlawful actions.

In a car-wreck kind of way, I guess there will be a lot of satisfaction seeing Clinton frog-marched off of a debate stage.
On the other hand, the Russians, Chinese, Norks and Iranians probably have learned how to hide things from our drones and satellites, have learned what undercover agents we have, when certain ambassadors will be in a compromised location, etc.
Who knows how we will be blackmailed in the future. Perhaps the entire Iranian nuke deal is a result of compromised intelligence and blackmail.
Guccifer is a computer genius (not a hacker) who got into her emails through Blumsnthal. He said he would read her emails for 6-7 hours a day. He originally sent for of Blumenthals to Clinton emails to congress and the media thus exposing the fact that she wee using a private account not the government. If it weren’t for him non of this would be exposed
