Why would there have to be raids on maternity wards? I'd think patients would have to be EVerified to enter the hospital. Those in the US illegally will be sent home to give birth. The children non-citizens will not be granted citizenship.

OF COURSE THEY WILL. It all starts with not letting invaders into the US. Then using EVerify for everything. If there's no incentive to come to the US illegally or stay here illegally, the numbers of illegals in the US will decrease quickly.
