There's an image going round that sums up just how ridiculous Venezuela's economy has become.
A Reddit user uploaded a picture on Monday of a man using a 2 bolivar note to hold an empanada.
According to Venezuela's official bolivar-dollar exchange rate, the man using his money as a napkin is wasting about $0.31 (£0.20).
But on the black market, the reality is completely different. You can get 676.88 bolivars to the dollar, according to dolartoday.com. That means holding food with a 2 bolivar note costs the holder less than a third of one US cent.

Wow, that’s really bad. Their money is so worthless that they aren’t even able to buy bushels of Zimbabwe 100 trillion dollar notes to use as toilet paper.
What’s more amazing is nobody in power knows how that happened... They’ll tell you it is everyone else’s fault except their own... And they never learn...
I remember on some older Italian clothes with bigger fabric covered buttons, you could cut off the fabric and find a 1 lire aluminum coin inside.... cheaper to use one than make something else to be the button back.

Exactly correct. Leftists protests and positions are not really against political opposition. They are against reality.
When reality comes back and bites them, it contradicts everything that they believe, so they are surprised, say “What happened?” and blame conspiracy theories for their failures.

Isn’t socialism glorious?! Always the same outcome. Always hidden in our schools and media. Deadly poverty everywhere in “equality.” The Party leaders do alright.
The NWO gang (Politicans and Corporate leaders) wants socialism to be the world government’s ruling structure modeled after China. The Nations would become the poverty stricken “states” and the people, it’s global slaves - just like China.
