Many Republican entertainers are clearly smitten with former reality TV star Donald Trump, but for conservative commentator Glenn beck, this makes no sense.
Trump, a longtime crony capitalist, supports many liberal positions, including increased gun control and single-payer healthcare. ...
"I get it if you are tired of politicians, A Republican progressive, or you are only about winning," Beck wrote in a message posted at Facebook [link at URL]. "Perhaps you are angry and you just want to make someone pay or just want something done and you don't carte how it gets done, but what PRINCIPLES does he have that they are attracted to?"
"I really want to understand," he added.
Beck listed off a handful of reasons why conservatives should cringe at the thought of Trump's candidacy.
"[Trump] said he identifies his 'policies more as a Democrat'; he makes Obama look truly humble' he was very pro abortion until very recently;; he still says 'don't defund Planned Parenthood'; he is pro 'assault weapons ban'; he is in favor of a wealth tax that would just 'take money out of people's bank accounts'; he is for boots on the ground in Iraq and 'taking the oil' from the Iraqi people; he is a progressive 'Republican'; he says single payer health care works; he said he would give people more than just Obama care," Beck wrote.
"[T]he first Lady would be the first to have posed nude in lesbian porno shots; he said that he keeps all the bibles he is given in a 'special place' outside the city - and he only goes to church on Christmas and Easter; he is generally not a likable guy; he has around 16% favorability with Hispanics and he has gone bankrupt 4 times," he added. ...

We want the illegal alien inundation stopped.
He is befuddled because he has been misinformed— there are at least 6 of his assertions of fact that are dead wrong.. I would suggest he do some research..
Frankly, no one on this forum gives a rat’s behind what Glenn Beck says or thinks.

I don’t care if Glenn Beci cries, Donald Trump is not to be trusted. Someone such as Ted Cruz can imitate some of his anger, but that doesn’t mean trump should get the nomination. Trump’s belligerently cowardly remarks about Pamela Geller and the Garland, Texas incident show that Trump is not fit to be a political leader.
We grow and learn over time - in fact, life is always a learning process - unless you are a die-in-the wool, liberal DEM, who isn’t willing to look at anything except your own ideaology.
In a sane nation we would have Ted Cruz types in multiples. The reality is that perhaps only Trump can win the Presidency for conservatives with his flaws and all. He can get the crossover voters. Do we want another rotgut DemRat in the WH? And no GOPe designated pick will get us there.
You are basing your decision on who should be leader of the free world based upon some comment about Pam Gellar?
Beck is simply reciting all the anti-Trump talking points. He’s also a few weeks behind the curve. Whatever happened to him anyhow? He used to be a fairly big time pundit but I hardly hear from him these days.
Beck is a moaning, wailing narcissistic who apparently has an audience of simpletons who don’t get sickened every time this fool starts shedding tears about illegal alien kiddies.
It’s pretty simply, Beckster.
No one trust the government, or anyone in the government, or either political party, or anyone in the political parties anymore.
Loss of trust is generally the result of lying 100% of the time about every single thing.
Maybe The Donald is telling the truth, maybe he isn’t, but people seem to be willing to trust him more than a pack of known serial liars.
Good heavens, it was his opinion - right or wrong. I don’t have an opinion one way or the other on the Geller incident. It was what it was.

Beck makes no sense. He is not a Republican, he is a libertarian. So why is he so worried about the Republican party that he trashes Trump on every opportunity?
He used to be anti-Soros, but now he appears to be pro-Soros. What did they give him?, and why does he have an ex-CIA operative as his sidekick (Buck Sexton)?
DONALD TRUMP: FULLY SUPPORT AND BACK UP THE SECOND AMENDMENT
