August 14, 2015 ISIS Leader Repeatedly Raped American Hostage, U.S. Finds
WASHINGTON -- American hostage Kayla Mueller was repeatedly forced to have sex with Abu Bakr Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), U.S. intelligence officials told her family in June.
"They told us that he married her, and we all understand what that means," Carl Mueller, Kayla's father, told The Associated Press on Friday, which would have been his daughter's 27th birthday. Her death was reported in February.
Her mother, Marsha Mueller, added, "Kayla did not marry this man. He took her to his room and he abused her and she came back crying."
The news is but the latest in a litany of horrors perpetrated by ISIS, which has beheaded, burned and crucified male captives while passing around women as sex slaves.
Mueller was held for a time by ISIS financier Abu Sayyaf and his wife, known as Umm Sayyaf. Al-Baghdadi took Mueller as a "wife," repeatedly raping her when he visited, according to a Yazidi teenager who was held with Mueller and escaped in October 2014.
The 14-year-old made her way to Iraqi Kurdistan, where she talked to U.S. commandos in November 2014. Intelligence agencies corroborated her account and American officials passed it on to her parents in June.

I don’t necessarily disagree with what you say, as it is factual, for the most part.
But, I do give Reagan a small mulligan here. First, his eye was on the ball of the Soviet Union and winning the Cold War. A huge, but subtle part of that strategy was to drive the price of oil down, as the Soviets relied upon oil for money. Critical to that end, was persuading the ME oil countries such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to play ball. The US went into Lebanon at the best of both the Saudis and other OPEC countries as well as the UN. It was not a planned military mission, it was a peace mission.
Now, the operational planning was ignorantly planned. It was a disaster, but the reasons we were there were complex. Reagan did convince the primary oil exporting countries to drive their oil prices down. It did contribute massively to defeating them. We did win the Cold War.
Kayla Mueller was a 26 year old woman who went to the Middle East of her own free will. She was reported to be a "aid worker" although she seemed to mostly do office work. She got kidnapped while she was in Syria on a day trip.
The 14 year old is a Yazidi young lady who was captured when ISIS overran her village. She is the one who escaped and got to the Americans to tell her story.
This chick was an ISM member like Rachel Corrie. She got the slow motion bulldozer. Too bad, so sad.
