Hillary never deleted the emails. She needs that information for future books, leverage against political foes, and for purposes of evading responsibility for political wildfires of her making. There is no way she would erase that invaluable information. It is a priceless asset to her.

I think most of his brood of bandits with “titles” at the White House had no clearance.
Who was that guy (Sandy Berger aka Sandy Burglar) that was caught stuffing his pockets with classified documents when he worked for the Clintons?

Hannity had the laws and rules for classified documents going across his screen last nite which showed that Hilliary and many of her partners-in-crime should go to jail as should have Sandy The Burglar.

It does not matter when it comes to Classified data. Homeland Security has been known to walk in and take the whole server and the backups over one email. They use the National Security Act of 1947, and normally they have or can get a warrant pretty easy.
