The two emails on Hillary Rodham Clinton's private server that an auditor deemed "top secret" include a discussion of a news article detailing a US drone operation and a separate conversation that could point back to highly classified material in an improper manner or merely reflect information collected independently, US officials who have reviewed the correspondence told The Associated Press.
The sourcing of the information could have significant political implications as the 2016 presidential campaign heats up.
Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic nomination, agreed this week to turn over to the FBI the private server she used as secretary of state, and Republicans in Congress have seized on the involvement of federal law enforcement as a sign she was either negligent with the nation's secrets or worse.
On Monday, the inspector general for the 17 spy agencies that make up what is known as the intelligence community told Congress that two of 40 emails in a random sample of the 30,000 emails Clinton gave the State Department for review contained information deemed "Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information," one of the government's highest levels of classification.

You can review the properties of any email that is sent to you and it’ll show all the properties of it, such as the IP address of where it was sent from.
Even I know how to do this.
I would think it’d be easy for the FBI to sort the emails sent from HRC to different individuals, and then to determine the IP address to see if it came from her personal server or the secure government server. That part wouldn’t be so difficult.
I guess the part that’ll might be tough to figure out is what emails did she send to people and organizations in different countries.

They were the emails that Cackelbeast voluntarily gave up thinking Huma and Mills had cleaned out the incriminating ones. Obviously Cackles had her email saved to another drive before her server was wiped clean 2 years ago, or so the story goes.
Why didn’t Hillary smash the hard drive and set it on fire? Her problems would be solved why didn’t she do that? She didn’t have a hammer?

If she was using a private server and not using encryption / VPN / secure tunnel - there are dozens of copies available to the investigators - and China - and Russia - and Iran - and N Korea - and (this is the really scary part) The White House.
This is all deflection from the main issue. We need to know why she had a private server. Did she have other servers? Where is the SOS system? Didn’t they know it wasn’t being used?
Further back, Where did the system come from. when and where was it purchased? Who paid for same(Clinton Foundation)? Everyone with access and their Security Clearance level.
Why was anything disposed of from the system? What did Kerry do when he took over? Did he notice there was no system in place. Did the IT people notice this? There is much more to this than the actual emails but those emails are all separate criminal activities.
Seems like Obama has never had love for the Clintons.
I don’t think he’d be happy if his plans against Israel was getting compromised to them via HRC.
Excellent questions to which I would add who did the file backups and where were they stored? Backup files are always stored off-site just in case a disaster should hit the area where the severs are. This is just part of standard disaster and recovery planning procedures.
Unfortunately, many of the larger questions will never be asked and she will walk away from this criminally negligent crime scot free. She has so much dirt on her by now nobody even notices a little more.
However, while this episode will not result in any legal problems for her, it is causing her political problems with potential rivals so expect to see Bill come out soon and stand by his woman.
Understatement. If the clintons think that Hussein 0bama is behind this, I'm wondering what "insurance" plan they have against him and what it would take to trigger it? My guess is that all experienced crime families like them have something based on Mutually Assured Destruction.
