In a new exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker—a 2016 GOP presidential candidate—walked through his plan to secure the U.S. border with Mexico and detailed how he believes in protecting the wages of American workers when it comes to setting the levels of how many people to bring into the United States.
Walker also walked through his concerns with radical Islam, how he would go after Planned Parenthood by not just defunding it but by stripping its tax-free status, and how he’s fought against cronyism and corruption throughout his career as a public servant.

May 4, 2015: Gov. Scott Walker walks away from the public on immigration
"Republican presidential hopeful Gov. Scott Walker teased a new stance on immigration on Glenn Beck's radio show recently: Now, he wants to decrease legal immigration into the United States.
Walker's shift brings up several questions about how Americans — in particular, Republicans — think about immigration. Given the more pro-immigration positions of Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio, Walker's move is a likely strategic play for the anti-immigration portion of the party. But public opinion polling data from The Chicago Council on Global Affairs shows that it is unlikely to benefit him politically in the long run.
Overall, we find that Republicans do not favor decreasing legal immigration. While that was a more common position even as late as 2008, support among Republicans for decreasing legal immigration has dropped off sharply since then, according to Chicago Council survey data. This holds true for the majority of Republicans who identify as "strong" Republicans: Only four in 10 of these very committed Republicans favor decreasing legal immigration levels.
The same is true for a key Republican constituency: In a 2013 survey of business leaders in the Midwest — including Wisconsin and ever-important Iowa — majorities of Republican business leaders favored increasing legal immigration for both high-skilled (54%) and low-skilled (56%) workers. That even as Midwestern Republican business leaders were divided between keeping overall legal immigration at the present level (44%) or decreasing it (43%); an additional one in seven (14%) favored increasing legal immigration.
The GOP itself — eager to woo more Latino voters — understands this polling. The 2012 election saw Barack Obama win seven of 10 Latino votes, racking up a 44-point margin over Mitt Romney with an electorate on track to double in size by 2030. “A couple years ago, when the unemployment rate was at incredibly high levels and labor participation was low, why would we want to flood the market with more workers?” he said. “So that would be a time when you would have arguably less. However, there’s a world of difference between an American citizen and a foreigner. We owe American citizens a lot. We owe foreigners very little.
With that in mind, the first question that should asked when it comes to our legal immigration policy is, “Is this policy good for the Americans that are already here?”
According to Gallup, 39% of Americans want less immigration and only 7% want more, so to the larger plurality of Americans, what Scott Walker said is just common sense. However, among the political class, Walker’s comments set off a firestorm because so many of them have stopped taking what’s good for the American people into account when they consider immigration.
We already have limits on immigration, but the only thing that we ever seem to discuss is whether to raise them. That’s certainly not because the current massive level of immigration is helping the middle class..........."
We’ve already got 30-40 million inside the border having babies as fast as they can, no plan that doesn’t address that will help.
I scanned what you’ve posted but could not find out if Walker’s is a 16-point or a 20-point proposal.

“It’s all is about the 11 million [undocumented immigrants],” Walker said. “You hear some people talk about border security and a wall and all that. To me, I don’t know that you need any of that if you had a better, saner way to let people into the country in the first place.”
When my daughter had a baby 18 months ago, I pretty much deduced in 2 visits to the maternity ward that:
1) most children being born are future Democrat voters
2) those children's births are being paid for by current Republican voters.
(and this wasn't the hospital in the "bad" part of town)

SCOTT WALKER (SW): We absolutely have to secure our southern border through better infrastructure, personnel, and technology. I’ve visited the border and learned from border state governors how crime, gangs, and international criminal organizations have overwhelmed our border communities. It’s clear we must secure the border first and foremost.
It is a matter of public safety, national security, and sovereignty. We are a great nation. We can secure our border.
First warning flag: Besides the obvious fact that he sounds like a freaking living teleprompter with obviously poll tested phrases-- he didn't specifically say he would build a wall. He says "better infrastructure." What the hell does that mean?

BNN: What limits on legal immigration would you support while millions of Americans are unemployed? Some U.S. Senators, including Sessions, Cotton, Perdue and others, support a moratorium on most immigration until Americans are back to work and unemployment and wages are under control. Do you agree?
SW: Right now, we have arbitrary limits on immigration. We are a nation of immigrants and should make our legal immigration policy based on what’s best for American working families and their wages in a way that will improve the economy. We should take our current economic situation into account when making these decisions. Who can be against that? American workers and their families will always be my priority.
Second red flag: He didn't bloody answer the question and, again, he talks like a damn poll-tested press release. He doesn't talk like a human being. And the strongest and most specific position he takes here is on Planned Parenthood--- like the panderer he is, he knows he'll win points on going after abortion, but remains worthlessly vague on immigration. The rest of the interivew isn't worth reading.

The very second the next President tries to cut benefits to illegals or tries deportation, a majority of evil Federal judges will be gleefully put in a permanent injunction.

June of 2011 he revoked instate tuition for illegals.
The only governor who has done this, to date.
“I made it clear that for me, if somebody wants to be a citizen, they need to go back to their country of origin, get in line, no preferential treatment,” Walker said. “In terms of what to do beyond that, again, that’s something we got to work with Congress on.”

June of 2011 he revoked instate tuition for illegals.
