Gov. Scott walker assumed the Gov.’s office Jan of 2011.
June of 2011 he revoked instate tuition for illegals.
The only governor who has done this, to date.
There are at least six other states that have laws prohibiting instate tuition for illegals. Only 15 states extend instate tuition to illegals to begin with. Wisconsin has never given instate tuition to illegals, so Walker’s action didn’t change anything.
