BREITBART NEWS NETWORK (BNN): What would you do about building a wall on the southern border to stop the inflow of illegal aliens?
SCOTT WALKER (SW): We absolutely have to secure our southern border through better infrastructure, personnel, and technology. Ive visited the border and learned from border state governors how crime, gangs, and international criminal organizations have overwhelmed our border communities. Its clear we must secure the border first and foremost.
It is a matter of public safety, national security, and sovereignty. We are a great nation. We can secure our border.
First warning flag: Besides the obvious fact that he sounds like a freaking living teleprompter with obviously poll tested phrases-- he didn't specifically say he would build a wall. He says "better infrastructure." What the hell does that mean?
More:
BNN: What limits on legal immigration would you support while millions of Americans are unemployed? Some U.S. Senators, including Sessions, Cotton, Perdue and others, support a moratorium on most immigration until Americans are back to work and unemployment and wages are under control. Do you agree?
SW: Right now, we have arbitrary limits on immigration. We are a nation of immigrants and should make our legal immigration policy based on whats best for American working families and their wages in a way that will improve the economy. We should take our current economic situation into account when making these decisions. Who can be against that? American workers and their families will always be my priority.
Second red flag: He didn't bloody answer the question and, again, he talks like a damn poll-tested press release. He doesn't talk like a human being. And the strongest and most specific position he takes here is on Planned Parenthood--- like the panderer he is, he knows he'll win points on going after abortion, but remains worthlessly vague on immigration. The rest of the interivew isn't worth reading.
I also do not see Walker anywhere using the word “deport” in your post.
He says “better infrastructure.” What the hell does that mean?

Walker means build safer ladders...
Walker is script reading from the RNC and Chamber of Commerce guidance handbook he carries around in his pocket.
Its called a wall, Scott. Technology is fine and dandy. But we need a wall. Glad Scott is coming on board, at least somewhat, but he needs to study Trump some more. I saw him ogling the Donald at the debate the other night. He didn’t know if he was looking at the future or the past. He needs to figure out the answer to that question, quick, or he’ll lose the next election in Wisconsin.
Without a wall, this country is doomed. Period.
He does that in every speech. I've asked Walker supporters where he said HE
would do anything and all I got was grief.
We We We, all the way to the White Hut. See, he didn't promise anything.
We are not a nation of immigrants. I’m sick of that lie. My great great grandfather was born on these shores.
With or without legal visas, a million folks from Mexico/El Salvador/Somalia/Pakistan will have a decidedly negative effect on our language, culture, public safety, and electoral politics - with our without visas.
I don't trust governor Walker at all on this issue. I do like, however, that he is at least willing to mention legal immigration as a problem.
Ted Cruz, OTOH, recently spouted pure baby talk along the lines of "Illegal Immigration is Bad. Legal Immigration is Good", which was regrettable, because I mostly like Ted Cruz.
