Um, no. The reason why the legal logic is problematic for Hillary is that the applicable statute says that any violator is ineligible for future office, and she voted for that law in the Senate.

I have not seen one of the many conspiracy theories about him logically debunked. They have all been vetted by the media and his minions opinions.
We are no longer a government of laws. The bureaucracy including career employees has become partisan. The Rule of Law no longer obtains.
I doubt Obama will try to take Hillary out. The Clinton crime family has too much dirt on Obama, She could tarnish his legacy. Their fates are intertwined, Business is business. It is not a personal matter.

The leaks are coming from the Dems, as Rudi and Rush say, leaking some of what we’ve been told is illegal.
Here is what I don’t understand. Clinton knew her email situation was a potential land mine before she decided to run for president. She had to have known keeping control and privacy over her server was better than what would surely come out if she didn’t control it. She also has to know the potential exposure of dirty secrets from donations to her family slush fund is a bigger problem than the email scandal. With this in mind, why would she decide to run for president? Why not stay on the bean and bacon circuit for a few years longer, mop up some money in the family business and take some time off? I’m certain the email issue would come up because of the myriad investigations, but without the political side in the equation, it’s doubtful it would have gone very far. I understand the oversized ego and the entitlement to the presidency she feels, but she seems to either think the political class is too weak to pursue this or the voters are so incredibly stupid they will vote for her if she just says the magic words, “Tax the rich.” Maybe she believes both are true and maybe she’s right.

This should be Hillary’s theme song, sung masterfully by a former inmate of Folsum Prison which would be a far more appropriate residence for her than the white house.

Here’s another thing I don’t understand. All those secret and top secret e-mails were sent to her by someone, supposedly someone within government with a proper government e-mail address. Why aren’t they in trouble for sending the e-mails to an e-mail address they knew was insecure because of it’s .com?

I repeat:
I trust Judge Nap’s opinion; he thinks FBI Director James Comey is a straight-arrow.
Now that the FBI has her server, I trust that Director Comey will do the right thing, and not be influenced by outside forces.
That is my prayer.
I'm certain each and every one of them has had all their electronic assets seized, security clearance revoked and is under active investigation by the FBI.
