Presidential candidate and former Gov. Jeb Bush got into some hot water recently over his past work with a foundation run by former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg for its funding of Planned Parenthood.
What went unnoticed, however, was that Bush worked with Bloomberg as he gave millions to environmental groups to take down the coal industry.
Bush, whos looking to win the Republican presidential nomination, served as a founding director of the Bloomberg Family Foundation now called Bloomberg Philanthropies from 2010 through 2014. During Bushs second year with the organization, Bloomberg donated $50 million to the Sierra Clubs Beyond Coal campaign.
The Sierra Clubs anti-coal campaign took Bloombergs money in 2011 to cut coal production 30 percent by 2020 through litigation, lobbying for more environmental regulations and activism. The Beyond Coal campaign has also targeted coal-fired power plants with litigation, most recently forcing the closure of the 200th coal plant in the country.
The retirement of 200 coal plants nationwide represents the phase out of nearly 40 percent of the 523 U.S. coal plants that were in operation just five years ago, according to the Club. News of the coal-fired power plant shutdown also excited Bloomberg himself.

When will someone smarten up and get Jeb out of the race? As near as I can figure, every day he’s in there, Republicans are getting even angrier at the establishment.
These are the things Trump should be bringing up - this is stuff that will hurt Bush - not the silly, childish name calling he does. This would make a wonderful campaign ad too.
Everyone should be getting even angrier at the establishment.
Hopefully : Trump will bring up this stuff .
This says it all about Jeb Bush.
NEW YORK, July 30, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) - Until the eve of his presidential campaign, Jeb Bush was director of a philanthropy that gave tens of millions of dollars to Planned Parenthood and financed its advocacy of “unrestricted access to abortion” around the world. The charity also approved money to global abortion providers while he sat on its board.
In 2010, Jeb was named one of the founding directors of the Bloomberg Family Foundation, established as a tax-exempt foundation to advance the vision of former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg
Jeb is not gonna make it. The establishment will now try to go with Fiorina and if that doesn’t work out they will probably draft Romney again.
I keep saying this: watch Kasich as possibly the new “plan B” for the establishment.
When will someone smarten up and get Jeb out of the race?
It’s Jeb turn! He waited in line like the other family members of American royalty (Bushes, Clintons, Kennedys et al) and now it is time for him to join the regal parade.

Jeb you are known by the company you keep.
Go Away !
A real life example: The political establishment can take their cake and eat it!
Maybe this is what Trump wants. He wants people to wake up to what's going on and to fight for our country to not be destroyed by DC. On that count, has he ever succeeded.
Walker seems pliable enough to suit the establishment.

Sounds exactly like what the Clintoon’s did with the companies that make vaccines. It will get down to a dangerously low level, then there will be a massive freeze and there won’t be enough energy to heat homes, millions will die and the rats will blame the Republicans for it.
Is your “/sarc” tag the sarcasm in your post?
If you don’t know sarcasm when you see it, the /sarc tag will be beyond your comprehension.
I worked with people who could never get past name calling. It gives them some sort of thrill when they insult. It does nothing to help any situation.
Bush is a pro-abort and worked for years for Bloomberg’s Foundation that supported abortion all over the world. Bloody Megyn would not press the issue and let him wiggle out of it.
Now reports that he worked for leftist Bloomberg to shut down the coal industry. I’m sure if Bloody Megyn could have “questioned” him about it she would thrown a softball question at him and let him wiggle out of that one too.
Kasich can’t win in the Bible belt. Not with him going to a queer “wedding”. He’s also just as big a RINO as Bush. If Trump flames out, Cruz or Walker will benefit.
You'd think. My warning comes from Kasich's campaigning for Governor for his second term. He had a laughably flawed opponent, for sure. But Kasich took nothing for granted. He ran a wonderfully timed thorough campaign. Part of it was explaining his views and his background extremely well. Kasich won something like all but two OH counties, which should've been unthinkable.
That's why I say don't discount Kasich. He will not wilt on the campaign trail, I suspect.
Like Huckabee has said before, it helps having a Southern accent when compaigning in the South, or someone they can identify with. To me that rules out big government RINO Bush, and the rest of the establishment RINOs, which certainly includes Kasich. You can’t be more of a Washington insider than John Kasich. He minimized the Supreme Court ruling on homosexual marriage the first time it was mentioned to him. Saying “I believe in traditional marriage, but the Supreme Court has spoken and its the law of the land and we need to move on”. Showed no animosity to the ruling whatsoever. This will gain him many votes in the South. The Bible Belt wants someone who will fight for what’s right and wrong and with Kasich, the ultimate GOPe insider, you’re not going to get it. Same thing with Bush. Both talks to much like a democrat, lifting up the people on the margins of society. I read an article yesterday that asked the question is Kasich the Pope Francis of American politics. Lord.
