There has to be a joke in there. Shipment of glue to the tea party was lost?

Let's have a Tea Party, cover all the GOPe candidates with glue and tea and put them on the nearest Railroad out of town.

I hope the driver is OK — I’ve heard mixed reports: he took one lump, or maybe two.

It's a sharp curve.
When I was a kid in the 50's, the Turnpike extension was a big new thing. My dad used to take us for rides on it when it opened. My sister and I would sit on the armrests of the back seat, for fun. There was a "half a house" along the way there somewhere, presumably an artifact of eminent domain.
Ah, memories.

Misleading article at best. Was the truck carry a big tank of glue and tea or package of each for delivery to retail outlets.
Our local media made a big deal out of a truck accident on th Maine Turnpike of a truck carrying 48,000 pounds of Poland Spring Water. Listing it in pounds made no sense until they provided a picture of bottle water on pallets.
For reference, Poland Spring Water get shipped around in tank trucks to get it from springs to the bottling plants.
