Donald Trump Stands by Refusal to Commit to GOP Nominee: Its Great LeverageTrump on Possible Third-Party Run: 'Great Leverage, Might as Well Use It' As seen on Hannity Donald Trump appeared on "Hannity" tonight to react to the Fox News Republican debate. Trump said that he refused to take the pledge to not run as a third-party candidate because he didn't want to give up his leverage with the Republican Party. "If they don't treat me well, Sean, why should I make that pledge?" Trump asked. "At this moment, it's great leverage, and I might as well use it."
"I just want to be treated well and treated with respect."

Hannity should have moderated. Kelly is a clown. Needs a rubber nose
I think Megyn should have worn her “Jeb 2016” campaign button last night.
After all she gave Jeb all the softball questions, and at the very same time Trump all the hardball questions.
He's pretty good at it- I'm always impressed when he has those focus groups on his show and how he works the group. Very fair yet hard hitting.. he's a pro.
I wouldn’t even call them hardball questions, more like gotcha questions. Too bad it backfired on her highness.
Yup!

so what ???
I did that in 2012
and I’m prepared to do that in 2015..
and if more of us did that the GOP just might stop trying to shove Romney-Dole types down our unwilling Conservative throats..
Would you vote for Jebbie or Christie or Rubio ???
What if the nominee is Lindsey Graham ???
Do you pledge to support whomever it is ???
What if McConnell or Boehner had been standing on that stage last night ???
Well that’s all Trump was doing when he said NO last night...
Megan really has zero respect for the intelligence of the viewers. Did she really think no one would notice that she was giving Jeb softballs and hitting Trump with everything. It’s insulting.
Mark Levin and Michelle Malkin should moderate the Dem debate.
He won’t take the pledge like the others bc the others need the GOP. Trump doesn’t.
The others will bend to the will of the GOP-e but Trump won’t.
Pretty simple imo.
Beautiful and well said!
The GOPe is worried that Conservatives will flee the Republican Plantation if Trump runs as an Independent.
Thus, the GOPe would fall and become irrelevant. It would be a rise of a new conservative party.
Conservatives would no longer be chained to the GOPe Republicans like Karl Rove, John McCain, Boehner, McConnell, etc...
Exactly!
All the reason why I’m pulling for a Trump.
Agree 100%
I guess she thinks her viewers are stupid?
Hannity would not cooperate with The hit job last orchestrated by Murdoch .
Kelly and Wallace are the amoral libs he trusted to smear and attack.
After reading the NY Slimes two pieces on Murdich hatred of Trump.
Murdoch offices need to be raided .
Rupert’s cozy lunched snake woman Pres VJ and the Clintons are beyond sinister.
Now we know why Barry was excited about the debate.
What did Murdoch tell his pal VJ !
Fox ran this like a 3rd rate college production.
It reeked and only confirmed what I think if TV networks.
Thus, the GOPe would fall and become irrelevant. It would be a rise of a new conservative party.
Conservatives would no longer be chained to the GOPe Republicans like Karl Rove, John McCain, Boehner, McConnell, etc "
Damn straight! It would only take a couple of the right people people to start the ball rolling. Once that began, the GOP-e would likely be nothing more than Tom Donohue's ex-friends... the wealthy ones playing a lot of golf and the not-so-wealthy ones begging for lobbying work. ANY lobbying work.

Yup, the only show I ever watched when I found myself near a TV, such as at a health club, was national FOX News. After last night’s Fox-orchestrated fiasco, I feel no need at all for a TV. What I’ll watch instead at the health club, I don’t know. I guess audiobooks will be the answer.
