".......This writer will not attempt to dissuade the Trump-o-philes from their ardor. If ones idea of a Joe-Six-pack-cares-about-guys-like-me-populist is an arrogant brat in grownup clothing, who pulled himself up by the multimillion-dollar bootstraps he received and ultimately inherited from his daddy, a guy who builds luxury apartments that, one suspects, few of his supporters could ever dream of affording, then, by all means, vote for the guy.
What this writer can do is show Trumps supporters and make it impossible for them to say, should this life-imitates-Elmer-Gantry snake oil salesman become president, that they didnt know what they, and the United States of America, would be getting.
First and most important, Donald Trump is not a Republican. Nor is he a Democrat. Donald Trump is a businessman and an opportunist. And would be, if his supporters get their way, the first Republican president who, at least as of April 26, 2011, has given most of his financial support to Democrats:
The real estate mogul and Celebrity Apprentice host has made more than $1.3 million in donations over the years to candidates nationwide, with 54 percent of the money going to Democrats, according to a Washington Post analysis of state and federal disclosure records.
Does that sound like someone committed to Republican values, let alone conservatives values? Not exactly the Koch Brothers, especially when one looks at just who some of these recipients of Trump largess were, such stalwart Republicans as:
Harry Reid
Rahm Rmanuel
John F. Kerry
Charlie Rangel
Chuck Schumer
Teddy Kennedy
Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Clinton? Well, one hopes that he will refrain from contributing to Clinton 2016 if and when he finds himself running against her. On the other hand, dont assume that he wont. Could be bad for business, post-election, if Hillary wins...................."

A New York/New Jersey/Florida businessman/real estate developer felt a need to give to both parties? Man, that’s breaking news! LOL
” . . . with 54 percent of the money going to Democrats”
Sounds like a guy trying to maintain influence with the crooks in charge. Would I like him better if 100% of his contributions when to John Boehner and Lindsay Graham and Mitch McConnell?
I’ll get the Popcorn.
“Does that sound like someone committed to Republican values, let alone conservatives values?”
Is the GOP committed to Republican values, let alone conservative values?
Hell no.
The GOP gives 100% of its support to Democrats.
It looks to me like people have had enough of them.
Here we go again. If articles saying the same thing over and over are.posted by the same three or four people, do they expect a sudden change of mind? Contribution issues must have been posted with the dame information at least 20 times in the last month. Yawn.

Reading that entire article makes you "yawn?"
Yawn?
Really?
Yawn?
The world is insane.
Most of this is media driven.
The Left is loving it.
Yes, mean time, what is Obie boy up to.
The same “what you don’t see is what you will get” can apply to every other candidate.
All the other candidates are constantly being “vetted,” - sliced and diced, put under a microscope, insulted, questioned, grilled, made to answer for x, y and z but not so for Trump.
Interesting.
No one has seen this same stuff with different titles and from different authors at least 5 times a day lately...Way to stay on top of things.
Fortunately, the author nobody's ever heard of doesn't get to determine who is or who isn't a Republican.
Trump inherited money (we should all be so fortunate),
he gave to Democrats (because this idiot like way too many so called conservatives aren't smart enough to know that's what you have to do to succeed, especially if you're a developer),
he builds apartments nobody can afford to live in (That's how he makes his money, empty apartment buildings < /sarcasm >),
blah, blah, blah.
BTW, while we're on the subject of wealthy Republicans, I get email solicitations from Walker but the Email address is "support@mittromney.com"
Then you are okay with everything about Trump?
I see.
Funny, the Left doesn’t see Walker as being “Romney.”
“Scott Walker has a track record. Scott Walker doesnt have to tell you what he will do if hes elected because all he has to do is point to what he has done .He has implemented a conservative agenda against everything the Democrat party has to throw at him. And hes beat them three different times, which, weve heralded it here quite often and talked about it quite often. So heshes the one guy in the race with a conservative track record, the one guy in the race who has shown how to defeat the media and Democrat coordinated attacks on conservatives. Hes shown how to hang in and be tough. And so hes the one guy that has something other than promises, to me.” - Rush Limbaugh
LOL ...A desperate little article....a desperate little thread...LOL
What we see is the guy who can kick Jeb’s can and Hilliary’s buttski. Which means we won’t have to suffer either of those two bought and paid for leftists in the WH. Com’on over from the dark side CW.
Gene Schwimmer is still peed we didn’t vote for Romney...haha.
"For some wealthy donors, it doesnt matter who takes the White House in 2016as long as the presidents name is Clinton or Bush.
More than 60 ultra-rich Americans have contributed to both Jeb Bush and Hillary Clintons federal campaigns, according to an analysis of Federal Election Commission data by Vocativ and The Daily Beast. Seventeen of those contributors have gone one step further and opened their wallets to fund both Bush and Clintons 2016 ambitions.
After all, why support just Hillary Clinton or just Jeb Bush when you can hedge your bets and donate to both? This seems to be the thinking of a group of powerful men and womenracetrack owners, bankers, media barons, chicken magnates, hedge funders (and their spouses). Some of them have net worths that can eclipse the GDPs of small countries....." Hillary Clintons Mega-Donors Are Also Funding Jeb Bush
Trump gave a lot of money to Veterans groups too! The writer is correct about one thing, his article didn’t phase us.
What if Trump had no money?
Would you support him then?
