The U.S. Navy is denying reports that it will file charges against a naval officer who used a weapon to return fire against Chattanooga gunman Muhammad Abdulazeez during last month's deadly attack.

There were at least 3 days of rumors that the Navy would charge the sailor.
This may be a reconsideration by the Navy, because they probably received a landslide of emails and texts against them filing any charges.
If the Navy never had any intention of filing charges, they would likely have released a statement saying that the day the rumors first showed up in the media.
Then we must follow this story and give them hell if they do it. The man is a hero and saved lives.
Treat him like a hero.
