it sure is....unless there are subsurface mineral rights
You have to be above or below a certain level before it becomes public. Air is 500 feet I believe. Not sure for below but your neighbor may not dig a tunnel that runs under your property without your permission
Under the Common Law one owned from the center of the earth to the highest reaches. The Common Law was modified to allow airports and their flight paths. Depending on state law the space above his house and realty was his.

Mine surely is. That might eventually be tested in the courts, but it would be after the fact. Just like this case.
It’s actually been pretty well addressed. The ground below mostly is your property. The air above mostly is not.
