The man accused of killing two Good Samaritans who tried to help him on a Montana roadside was encountered by immigration authorities earlier this year after a burglary arrest, but was unable to be deported because he had already gotten legal status, federal authorities said this week.

Mr. Deniz is Mexican, and the Obama administration deems him a legal permanent resident who entered the country legally on May 31, 2013 — though they didn’t say how he earned that status initially.

Indeed, just a month ago Mr. Deniz was arrested by police in Worland, Wyo., on burglary charges. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were informed, but they couldn’t do anything because he was a permanent resident, and his crime didn’t rise the level of being kicked out of the country.

You’re exactly right. I was born in So CA then raised and lived in LA County for many years. In our area it progressively got worse from my high school days.

Many of them think nothing of killing anyone if they think they’ve been disrespected, especially if they’re in the company of their friends.

citation? Is anti-illegal CIS or PEW that they quote or other reliable? Consider this: The pro-welfare left is constantly expressing their frustration that those of Mexican heritage are “underserved” and so hard to “reach” with outreach programs. The leftist navigators/outreach workers/community organizers are funded to sign-up the “underserved”. Those workers, even those of Hispanic origin would much rather be assigned to White or Black areas and not Hispanic areas because the Hispanic areas are so frustrating.

In IL and GA (and I hear in TX also) there are high percentages of child citizens of Mexican heritage eligible for Kidcare/Peachcare or whatever the current name for CHIPS. One of the reasons for the left creating SCHIPS was that they had so much left over money in the CHIPS budget because nobody was signing up.

I’ve been in Catholic churchs where the leftist clergy preaches from the pulpit in Spanish that they are not good parents unless they sign up their kids for kidcare. The leftist Catholic Sisters and deacons are at all exits from the mass not letting any of the 800 at mass leave until they signup. And those attendees at mass find ways to distract the Sisters and sneak out after mass without signing up their kids. And I stay back and hear the Sisters and deacons and clergy frustrated that they can’t sign anyone up. The Chicago archdiocese has contracts that state they will will be paid millions of tax money if signup kids for kidcare. And their rate is signing up about 10 kids per million dollars. But at least that is better than Operation Push which in the past has signed up zero kids for millions of dollars they received.

Watch the DVD FOR GREATER GLORY movie with Andy Garcia and Eva Longoria if you want to understand the people. The movie has 3 main characters, Andy Garcia the general, the kid who becomes a saint, and a rancher named Catorce. Most Mexican immigrants to IL and GA are Catorce wannabes. None of them I’ve met want to be a martyr and become a saint. the Andy Garcia libertarian types are rare. But the proud Catorce types are many.

Pew Research is reasonably reliable. By comparison, so far, you've offered N-O-T-H-I-N-G.

Come to California and witness a La Raza parade on Cinco de Mayo where I've been witnessing their crap for forty years.

Por la raza, todo. Fuera de la raza, NADA.

I read fashion magazines. Eva Longoria is very proud of her degree in Chicano Studies, she pursued at Cal State Northridge. So, she like Sandra Bullock in The Blind Side, play against type.

Yes, both in entertainment and many other fields, people play against type. Somme businessmen claim to be capitalists but then ask big government to protect them from competition.

Some people like Bill Gates are raised in an extreme left household and maintain a leftist political position. Yet they create a great capitalist tool that is the perfect proof of capitalism. Towit: Bill Gates never had the best operating system; never had the best software.

Bill Gates invented the best capitalist marketing system. That marketing system lifted entire 3rd world countries into the first world. That capitalist marketing system created more jobs...and good paying jobs... than all the government aid programs of all the governments in the world.

The best song in a Hollywood movie is Whitney Houston in Preacher’s Wife singing “I love the Lord.” That the Lord can use such a messed up person as Whitney gives hope to us all.
