Hillary Rodham Clinton issued a pointed broadside against Jeb Bush on Friday, suggesting his positions as a presidential candidate and his actions as governor of Florida had set back the cause of black Americans.
Mrs. Clinton mocked Mr. Bushs favored slogan, Right to Rise his shorthand for a conservative-minded approach to creating opportunity and name of his super PAC in a speech to a largely black audience at the annual convention of the National Urban League.
It was a striking jab given that Mr. Bush is scheduled to take the same stage later on Friday.
I dont think you can credibly say that everyone has a right to rise and say you are for phasing out Medicare. Or for repealing Obamacare. People cant rise if they cant afford health care, Mrs. Clinton said to applause.

I don’t see how Jeb’s numbers do anything but continue to crater. He takes EVERY opportunity to poke the base in the eye with a sharp stick.
