It is true that PPFA has weaved a tangled web of support that is almost impossible to cut leanly. So the first step would be the rewrite the law that allows this particular outrageous practice. Then the budget of every welfare agency needs to be looked at, and no grant of money sent to any group with any affiliation with Planned Parenthood. I dare say, however, that these undercover operations need to be multiplied manyfold as a way of undercutting an organizations that is almost an agency of the US government. Killing the Department of Education would be much easier and that is not likely to happen.
I call 'em "Planned Non-Parenthood".

Not only has the RINO-controlled House read the Constitution, including Congress’s Article I, Section 8-limited powers, out loud at the starts of the last three legislative sessions, but a previous generation of state-sovereignty respecting justices had clarified that Congress is prohibited from laying taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue which Congress cannot justify under its Section 8-limited powers.
