Let me get this straight. Not only has the RINO-controlled House read the Constitution, including Congress’s Article I, Section 8-limited powers, out loud at the starts of the last three legislative sessions, but a previous generation of state-sovereignty respecting justices had clarified that Congress is prohibited from laying taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue which Congress cannot justify under its Section 8-limited powers.
