Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump may have raped his ex-wife Ivana Trump, according to a 1993 biography of the real estate mogul uncovered by The Daily Beast. Trump's attorney on Monday denied the allegation, claiming “you cannot rape your spouse.”
“You’re talking about the front-runner for the GOP, presidential candidate, as well as private individual, who never raped anybody," Michael Cohen, the Trump Organization’s special counsel, told The Daily Beast. "And, of course, understand that by the very definition, you can’t rape your spouse.”
The biography, Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives of Donald J. Trump, by Harry Hurt III, details a 1989 incident in which Trump reportedly confronted his then-wife Ivana, pulling out clumps of her hair and sexually assaulting her. She characterized the incident as rape during the couple’s divorce proceedings in the early 1990s and said she felt “violated,” according to legal documents cited by The Daily Beast....

You don’t say a husband cant rape his wife, you say Donald never raped his wife in the first place.
Well, after you go to law school, gain some experience and then take over that gentleman’s job with the Trump organization, you can make those sorts of decisions. Meanwhile, you’re an Internet poster giving your opinion on the subject.

Jack Ryan. The only politician who’s career was destroyed for wanting to sleep with his own wife. Robed tyrant illegally unseals a sealed divorced record at the behest of the Obama machine. Jack might have survived it had the corrupt governor’s last name not also been Ryan (unrelated), and fears of stupid voters confusing the two. Ditka runs, maybe Obama’s a footnote. As it is, the Republicans sent a guy not from Illinois to run—a guy who had called Hillary a carpetbagger for running in New York. And, the ultimate cost was a once-great nation.
Donald would in reality destroy many (including Hillary) in a debate.
Democrats totally rely on their backers having their hands in the Treasury in some way to get their vote no matter who the Democrat is.
Money talks and the honorable often walk these days. It is a decline of the honor and sense of shame in the American culture and it is ever increasingly breeding voters who want theirs and who consider having a fiscally solvent country as not important compared to their immediate wants.
Its not a matter of law. Look, when Akin was talking about legitimate rape I understood where he was coming from. But the conversation about abortion got hijacked. Now the story here is about Trump being smeared about a fake rape... but the lawyer comes out and says that a man cant rape his wife... well that creates a whole different story too. I may just be a poster but I do know how statements like that play out... and they are never good for the candidate they are attached to.
If it was rape, it is irrelevant that the story is 25 years old.

So because a lot of women didn’t file a police report against Bill Cosby it means he didn’t rape them?
Where are the numbers of women coming forward like that? Notice the children of this woman work with dad. If the kids believed mom (which they don’t seem to), then how could they stand to work with dad?

Saying it’s a turn-off is an understatement. The daughters will never talk to the father again, and the sons will beat him up if they can.
On the other side of the coin, if the mother wrongs the father in a big and unfair way, the children will act accordingly as well. Not the beating up, but they will ostracize her for years if not for life.
Kids have their faults to be sure, but they also have a keen sense of fairness; distinguishing right from wrong.
Ps, these rumors of his behavior were out there all over with Cosby for decades, even with Bill Clinton. You don’t have that with Trump.
To me, this shows a lack of skeletons in his closet since this was such a desperate attempt to smear the image and create a new negative conversation.
It’s fun to see the GOPe and Democrats trying to run their circus.
Put that on a bumper sticker for 2016.

The discussion over his support for liberal ideas hasn't even been vetted.
For starters, property rights and eminent domain.
Then there is his support for Democratic Party candidates.
