Mostly I think she caused some of the traffic problems.
Once there was a backup for five miles on I-45 south heading to Houston,
it was a babe in hotpants getting her tire changed on the side of the road.

I was working in Orlando back in the late 80’s and one of the strip clubs had their girls pick up the litter along a the highway as a volunteer effort.....traffic accidents all over the place.
