Donald Trump today took lots of shots at John McCain, including––most shockingly––the fact that he was a prisoner of war while serving in Vietnam Trump’s been feuding with McCain after McCain said Trump is “firing up the crazies” with his outlandish rhetoric, and Trump fired back by calling McCain a “dummy. Trump sat down on stage with pollster Frank Luntz at the Family Leadership Summit and continued to fire back at McCain (while still bragging about the crowd he drew because that’s his modus operandi).

I deplore what McCain has done since then, but what in your video addressed his actions on the flight he was shot down on?
And I think they should be criticized for that. And McCain should be criticized for almost everything he does. But by pulling this, it's only giving the media carte blanche tot attack people like Admiral Stockdale.

McCain betrayed POWs left behind. He has worked as hard as he could to close all records to the public about post war investigations into the men who were known to be captive, who never came home.
McCain is no hero. Worse, he uses his status as a POW to gain political advantage. He abandoned the wife who waited for him. He was in the Keating 5 bribefest.
And he ridiculed every normal person as a “crazy” who is with Trump on immigration.
He calls TEA “wacko birds”.

How does he want to defend the border? His wall remark was not serious. He made it a joke, "the Mexican pay for it." His strategy with illegals is not the conservative one. Conservative economics shows that illegals will onyl stop coming when the U.S. stops incentivizing it. Since Trump doesn't know that, he could NEVER stop illegals. He gets a D- on the immigration issue.
As Trump was addressing McCains attacks on his supporters, Lutz kept badgering him, repeating again and again “but McCain is a hero”.
McCain opened the door to this by attacking normal people who support Trump. McLame showed NO respect to NORMAL non bribed Americans. That group includes large numbers of people who really were heroes.
So he gets the same treatment back.

He could Apologize and Grovel and he would still be rebuked.
