FLASHBACK: Trump: Geller 'taunting' Muslims with Muhammad event ["obnoxious blowhard"]
Fox News ^ | May 5, 2015 | Neil Cavuto with Donald Trump

Posted on 07/17/2015 12:20:59 AM PDT by Cincinatus' Wife

"CAVUTO:.....Donald,..you were critical of the Texas event for doing just that. What do you think about this one planned in New York?

TRUMP:I think it's very simple. Our country has a lot of problems. We have got problems at every different level, whether it's economic or war and money that we're spending that we're not getting anything.

We spend billions and billions of dollars fighting and even trillions of dollars fighting. We end up getting nothing out of it. And the last thing we need is an obnoxious blowhard like Geller to go out and start trouble, when there's no reason for it.

There's absolutely no--I'm a bigger believer in free speech than she is, believe me. And I think it's very, very important. And we can't allow people to get away with bad stuff, the kind of stuff they're doing, the beheadings. We have to be tough and we have to absolutely go in and wipe out the bad. But for her to go in--and I guess she makes money doing this. Something has to happen. What is she doing it for? This has nothing do with free speech. This is taunting. And all it does is cause trouble..........

CAVUTO:..she says..you went a little far...

GELLER:And as far as Mr. Trump goes, he sure flaps his tongue and uses free speech and wishes to silence others. There's a war going on.

CAVUTO:What did you think of that?

TRUMP:Well, there certainly is a war going on.And she should be a--she should be much more responsible because what she's doing is unnecessary. I will give you an example. Let her go out and talk about--she's using those show free speech. She's not using it for any other--and she's using it for her own purpose.

She's a--she's a person that is doing this for her own purpose..and she's doing a terrible thing for our country....

How do you know he isn’t a conservative??? The last few conservatives that we’ve sent down the pipe turned out to be GOPe squishes.

The way you know is to follow the passion. This guy has real FU money. Not one of the other candidates has it, though Jeb comes close. And where does Jeb’s money come from? The elite.

So you place yer money and ya take yer bets. Very few freepers followed the passion in 2007, so now it’s Passion + Money in 2015 .

Like the analogy of the guy rejecting rescue attempts in a flood, do you really reject a helicopter ride?

This is only a “hit piece” if you don’t like the visual.

Donald Trump reminds me more of the “bad” boy the teenage girl is attracted to, the “easy” girl the teenage boy lusts after, the gold miner who knows where to hit the motherload to fill his coffers.

“This is only a “hit piece” if you don’t like the visual.”

We thought you were only supposed to post positive stuff about Walker. Do you guys fear Trump that much?

(hint: you should)

Which pretty much adds up to a nothing burger when it comes to core principles. He has none.

So whose campaign do you work for, Rick Santorum or Jebby?

You must not be from earth to ax Wifey that question.

Go back to which ever other planet from whence you come.

He has been a star in standing up to the democrat teacher unions thug-o-cracy. On everything else he is pretty much standard fare like Perry or any other average republican governor.

On the campaign trail, he has been playing it very safe, afraid to take risks, afraid to say anything that will antagonize the media and liberals. Seems like he is sticking his finger in the wind and waits to see if it is safe to take a stand. Other times, he waits to see what Cruz says, and tries to out-conservative him, if it is safe enough.

His hiring of GOPe operators, who specialize in going against conservatives, is not a good sign.

I guess you’re watching someone other than Walker.

If you want a flame throwing act, stick with Trump.

But don’t come around crying when he burns you.

You don't need a flame throwing act. But you can take a stand that is not acceptable to the GOPe and liberals. You can be brave and call a spade a spade, without twisting yourself to be politically correct.

You can be for traditional marriage, without having your wife go out and say she is pro gay marriage. That is trying to appease both sides of the issue.

You can be against the common core regulations, without trying to rename and re-package it.

Scott Walker’s wife isn’t the candidate.

You’re punching at shadows.

IT's all fun and games until we start looking at the hard truth on Trump.
There will be a point where it'll be to late to turn back and we'll have
a another monster with a large ego in the WH who cares only about
his own legacy.

What is the usual price for dancing with the devil?

Trump's conserrvatie epiphany of biblical proportions must have happened since May 5th. Amazing.

Parables of Wolf in Sheep's Clothing and Trojan Horse come more and more to mind while watching this guy.

Cling to this newest poll because I think its the best news you are going to get. Walker is a regional candidate and these regional issues usually don’t translate all that well to the national stage.

Running on the union issue and making us all safe from college professors is not going to get you in the Whitehouse.
