I wonder if Sandy Burglar is still in therapy? Stealing and destroying national records seem to me to be an infinitely more serious "crime."
D’Souza made strawman contributions to a political candidate. This is extremely common, but very rarely prosecuted. I would be interested in seeing a comparative analysis of prosecutions and sentences in such cases. My sense is that D’Souza’s treatment has been utterly disproportionate, but perhaps I am wrong. Does anyone have the data?

I respectfully disagree. There have always been tyrannical Liberals and fascists in the United States. Barack Obama is hardly the first articulate Communist to come down the pike.
What’s changed is that we used to have leaders who would stand up to these people. Now we have whore politicians who call themselves “Republicans” while lining their pockets instead of representing their constituents. These failed leaders will be the primary responsible party, and all of us who let them stay in office will share that responsibility.

The first thing the lawyer should do is petition for the judge to remove himself from the case. His statements have already impeached him.
