He’s reading off a teleprompter. You can tell by how he is swiveling his head. I do like the sound of his voice though. Nice deep voice. I think he’s doing pretty well. I’ve got Trump at number one, and either Cruz or Walker would be second for Prez or VP. Glad we have some decent choices.
