Gavin McInnes: Trump is a Snow Plow Who Will Move Out and “BOOM! Ted Cruz, President!”

Clearing the field.

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)

Appearing on the “Greg Gutfeld Show” Sunday night, Gavin McInnes made a bold prediction about GOP candidates Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.

But first, he explained the reason Trump is so popular. McInnes said, “He’s proud to be an American. He’s sick of pretending that illegals are wonderful people. And that’s a good thing because it’s sort of rattling modern America and getting non-voters out to the polls.”

But he said that Trump will eventually move out to make way for the eventual Republican nominee — and future POTUS:

“Now don’t be scared,” McInnes said. “[Trump's] not going to actually become the president. He’s a snowplow that’s paving the way. And at the last second he moves and out BOOM — Ted Cruz, President of the United States.

At the time, Santorum was better than the RINO Romney/Gingrich axis. But Santorum is ancient history.

Besides, it's not apples to apples to compare elected party members to Trump. Once the primary is over, these elected Republicans are forced to endorse the parties candidate. Trump didn't have any such restrictions. He could have done what he wanted. But he explained why his buddy Romney was so great. And Romney is the only Republican presidential candidate Trump has ever endorsed.

I hope so. I think Gavin gets it now. The guy is a populist like Trump. he says non-PC stuff. Gavin recently teamed up with Anothiny Cumia to do a podcast. It came after Gavin did the Race wars podcast three times. Gavin was in involved with Vice magazine, but he got fired. The guy is not a fan of his former employer now.

**getting non-voters out to the polls...**

This is the key.

Voter turnout dipped from 62.3 percent of eligible citizens voting in 2008 to an estimated 57.5 in 2012. That figure was also below the 60.4 level of the 2004 election but higher than the 54.2 percent turnout in the 2000 election.

By the way, this happened before. I heard the same arguments in 2011 about how Trump was going to run and beat Obama etc. etc. The boy who cried wolf all over again. What are you going to do when Trump drops out and endorses Jeb.

I support Cruz first. But yeah, now I support Trump second. As does Cruz.

Another lie. Cruz (stupidly) agreed with something Trump said. Show me where Cruz said he "supports Trump second." Busted RINO.

Yes, Santorum was an elected Senator for 12 years. Just because he left office doesn't change that unless he wanted to go Ron Paul. Do you know anything about politics? Santorum was an elected republican in the House and Senate. Trump was only even registered for as a Republican for less than two years. He had no connection to the party.

By the way in December 2011, Trump changed his registration from Republican to Independent. He REREGISTERED as a Republican in April 2012 to vote for Romney in the primary! By his own admission!

I worked party politics (including fundraising) at the county level for 5 years, was involved in two presidential campaigns in Iowa as an advance man, have bundled for two other presidential campaigns and even did leaflets as a 12 year old in San Bernadino County. I wrote reports and briefings for two presidents of the United States and later guarded a vice president and his aircraft. Now you.

“So if they are hardworking and fabulous you think they should stay here and “it’s an act of love?” It’s some tricky mental gymnastics to support Trump.”

He’s talking about the LEGAL Hispanics that are working for him, and you know it. You sound just like a Dem, conflating legal workers and illegals. And you do it on purpose to attack Trump with your deceptive comments. Dirty pool on your part.

So you know someone who is/has been elected a candidate has to endorse the party candidate in a general election of face the consequences. i’m not saying it’s right, but that’s how it is. Someone who changes their registration all the time and is a loose cannon is not in the same circumstance. And if you reregister in order to vote for someone, that’s kind of a statement.

He’s talking about the LEGAL Hispanics that are working for him, and you know it.

It does not say that at all. And he was specifically talking about illegals when he said they should stay. People who are here legally, can already stay, so there would be no point to him saying that. So you are just plain wrong. You sound just like a Dem, conflating legal workers and illegals.

I think you are projecting. He was talking about illegals staying, because legals already can. Trump and his minions change the context to whatever is convenient. Trump is turning you into a liberal.

John McCain, not Mitt Romney, was the nominee in 2008. I told you to note the date on that Santorum graphic.

He won’t, much to your chagrin.
