WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Justice Department will fast track the sending of $29 million to South Carolina to help families of victims of the mass murder of nine church goers at a historic black church in Charleston, a Justice Department spokesman said on Friday.

The DOJ is going to fast track $29,000,000 to the families of the people shot at the Charleston Church. That's over $3 million for each family. It’s being disbursed under the guise of the “National Crime Victim Assistance Formula Grant program.”
Furthermore, the DOJ has already called this a domestic terrorist act yet refuses to call what that raghead Army major did in Texas as domestic terrorism but merely “workplace violence” so did the people in Texas get huge payouts, too? NO!
You don't suppose the fact that the church group were black democrats and the Ft. hood group were mainly white republican nasty military types had anything to do with it do you? The Charleston incident was blatantly a hate crime not terrorism, yet they get the big payout with our tax money.

I am cool with this. The families have been through hell and back and money does not eliminate that fact especially when they were praying to God during the murders.
