The father of a 12-year-old Omaha boy charged with first-degree murder is serving a life sentence in Minnesota for killing a man in 2010.

Javaris Eugene Milton, 37, was convicted of first-degree murder in what Minneapolis authorities said was a marijuana-related robbery attempt. The crime is eerily similar to accusations that the boy, Jarrell Milton, his older brother and another teenager are facing in Douglas County.

Yes it was obvious before it even came out on print.

The reasons are numerous, but this dog and pony show is getting very old.

We have lost an entire generation. They have embraced the cultural marxism that has been peddled by America’s schools and the media talent who have grown up in those schools. It was a successful endeavor when the extremists sought to infiltrate American education. They have no intention of releasing their grip, Mark Levin’s newest book notwithstanding.

Marijuana: AKA The Drug of Peace.

I wouldn't be so quick to go in that particular direction.

If marijuana were legal, it would be taxed and priced about the same as tobacco. While there are tobacco thefts and murders related to those thefts, it is not the fault of the substance itself.

Making anything illegal drives up its price and profit margin for those willing to take the chance. The artificially high profits attract criminals.
