Is that good or bad?Uncertain. During recent riots his officers were told to stand down. After arrest and charging officers for murder of a black perp, who probably killed himself while in the police van, those events told officers that risking life and limb to curtail crime, especially if a black criminal was likely responisble, wasn't worth it.

He was police commish of neighboring Anne Arundel county. He is thinking I went from an area 70% non-Hispanic white to chocolate city.He must be into S&M because a white dud taking that job is a sadist.
