Macy's is joining the line of companies cutting ties with Donald Trump over the real estate mogul's comments about Mexican immigrants.
In this case, it's neckties. The retailer has marketed a line of menswear with the Trump label since 2004. But in a statement issued Wednesday, Macy's said it was "disappointed and distressed" over Trump's June 16 remarks regarding U.S. immigration policy in which he made derogatory remarks about Mexicans. He said Mexican immigrants were bringing drug and crime into the U.S.
"We have no tolerance for discrimination in any form," Macy's said in a statement.
Trump made the comments at the kickoff of his campaign for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination and has been taking heat ever since.
Trump has already lost business from Univision, which will not air the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. NBC, Trump's partners in the pageants, has also announced it will sever ties with Trump, and will keep him off his hit reality show "Celebrity Apprentice." Mexican TV companies Televisa and TV Ora have also parted ways with Trump.
The move by Macy's is a sign that the Trump brand name, a major source of income for the billionaire, is becoming tarnished as a result of the controversy.
The ties and shirts in the Trump line were still on the Macy's website Wednesday at discounted prices. . .

"We have no tolerance for discrimination in any form," Macy's said in a statement. OK, but how does that have anything to do with what he said? Talk about twisting words - only in Obamas Amerika.

Im not convinced those other folks really give a S about our sovereignty, or even continued existence as a nation. This is just wrong. You might disagree with them on some issues but this is just wrong.

“Forget it...Trump would be soundly stomped even if through some tragi-comedy he got the Republican nomination. Hes a buffoon but a rich one who says the right things in the wrong way but nobody can predict what would happen if he won”
I’m sure the same was said about Arnold running for Gov. Weirder things have happened, like the LIV voting on name recognition.

Macys is soon going to be even more disappointed and distressed when they go bankrupt. They have been hanging on by a thread for several yearsYep, let them continue to irk potential shoppers to hasten their demise. Typical of these liberal companies, they commit suicide becuase promoting their leftist ideology is more important than profits, then they go away.

Gleichschaltung!
Definition
"Gleichschaltung is an example from the early days of the Nazi dictatorship of this use of language to manipulate and confuse. It is a word rarely to be found in older German dictionaries. Gleich means equal, Schaltung means switch, as in an electrical switch; Gleichschaltung therefore means switching on to the same track or wavelength, or, to put it in one word, alignment or co-ordination. It became, in 1933, the word for the process by which all organisations and associations existing in society were nazified and some, such as the political parties and the trade unions, were simply suppressed."

You have every right to disagree, but when you look at things frankly, what I said is just about an undeniable truth.
Our political figures at the present are very comfortable with the following.
1. Trade policies that contribute to tens of millions of U. S. Workers out of work
2. Moving jobs off-shore, thus causing even more job displacement in the United States
3. Domestic policies that have contributed to very few jobs being created since 2000
4. Domestic policies that have contributed to wages to remain fairly static in the United States since 1990, while inflation drove down the purchasing power of what wages were earned
5. Comfort with banks and lending institutions charging upwards of 30% interest on accounts compounded daily, and paying out almost nothing in interest compounded monthly or yearly
6. The movement of foreign nationals into the United States, whose political foundation has been to hate the United States since birth
7. The movement of illegal aliens into our nation
8. The forgiveness of the illegal immigrant's status
9. The theft from the coffers of the United States to pay for services for illegal immigrants rather than U. S. Citizens, free health care, education, and other government servcies
10. Ignoring the crime perpetrated by these illegal immigratns, murders, rapes, child molestations, gang activity, drugs, auto thefts, burglaries, and political instability
11. Allowing our southern border to remain open, decades after it was clear what was taking place
12. Catering to foreign national's interests, over the interests of U. S. Citizens and the nation
13. An all out frontal assault on Christianity and the Judeo-Christian moral code
14. An all out dismantling of our military
15. Giving away half a trillion dollars a year to people who to not lift a finger to do anything for our nation, welfare (people who are fully capable of working)
16. Signing agreements with foreign entities that give decision making power to them, and take it away from the Citizens of the United States
17. Allowing foreign powers to demand all plans and patent information before they will allow our businesses to set up manufacturing on their soil
18. The gifting of major portions of our patent database to foreign powers
19. The desimination of top level military grade technology to our most likely next big adversaries
I could go on.
One, two, perhaps three of these things could happen by accident.
All of it? This isn't by accident.

What I'm saying is that Trump can mend his ways and manufacture made in the USA. Get millions of more people to jump on the "mad as *ell" bandwagon.
Don't you get it? NOT ONE of the supposed constitutional conservatives has put up any fight. And look what happens? The puppet masters go full-throttle fascist on us, not even pretending we have freedom of speech and expression.
There's a war going on, for sure. The only people NOT fighting are religiously-oriented believe-in-the USA people. It's a little weird that Trump may be the only one willing to lead the charge!

I hear complaints all the time. We can’t keep people and the management keeps piling more and more on us so we can’t always watch the registers while working on a huge pile of shirts.

I didn’t even bring the U. N. into this. There’s a whole slew of things it contributes to my conclusion.
I lay this out for you and your reactions is:
1. Ignore what is undeniable
2. Pass it off as something all nations do
3. Call me simple minded
Well, one of us certainly is.

Very little clothing is made in the United States. You have to hunt for it. Free trade in action.

Pass it off as something all nations doJust human beings not all agreeing on the same thing because they have different motivation. For example I work for a multi-national which has operations in other countries and I have no problem with multinational institutions. Democracy in particular is not easy.
