The Baltimore Police Union is demanding public records of radio transmissions and email notifications to prove the leadership in the Baltimore Police Department, specifically Police Chief Batts, told officers NOT to stop the riots and looting.
Facing the probability the police union is going to succeed in their endeavor to put sunlight upon the truth the Mayor, Police Chief Batts and his leadership team are now having to admit they did tell the officers to ‘stand down’. You can listen to some of the audio transmission here.
...and questions have been raised about why Mayor Rawlings-Blake and Chief Batts would be so willing to allow the rioting mob “space to destroy”.
So lets take a look at the possible ‘Higher-Ups’ who would have contact with Baltimore leadership and simultaneously carry the power to give such guidance.

It has become all about form over substance (and that is why a nothing like Hillary will still probably get at least 40% of the vote starting out of the gate). Hopefully 2008 will repeat itself and the Democrats themselves put her back on the shelf.

If the Baltimore govt officials have some kind of immunity (full or limited), they still might be subject to other kinds of lawsuits. Need some help from Baltimore legal beagles.
I could see afflicted citizens from West Baltimore filling “writs of Mandamus” to get the city to order the police to go after criminals rather than “stand the line” or “stand down”.
If they won’t, then they could be sued for “criminally negligent conduct”, “reckless endangerment” of the public, “intentional infliction of emotional distress” by allowing the criminals to stay on the streets, preying on the innocent inhabitants thereof, etc.
Also, a nice, well organized and funded RECALL movement against all involved would be a great propaganda shot across their bows. Might even succeed in getting rid of some of the trash politicians.
If there are any honest, brave people left in Baltimore City, now is your time to take your city back from the crooked, cronies, crazies, commies and incompetents.
Hell..I guarantee you every lefty newsperson knew and knows Obama’s WH was/is neck deep in coordinating the protests...using sharpton et al.
They (lefty media) are on board with the program so they won’t report it so as not to upset the program.

I don’t recall reading what they put out on the Zimmerman case. This article and almost everything they put out on the Waco biker shooting follow the same method. Cite an article from the mainstream press, cut and paste large portions of the article, draw conclusions that aren’t supported by the article, and add an outlandish headline.
Oh, well, that makes sense then. Yes, they are absolutely part of the democrat base.
I will forward an opinion that is biblically sound, the left is winning the country because of abortion of some 48 million children and it is a good bet they are being replaced with illegal aliens. And it could well be a judgment of God on a now pagan nation.

If even one person died due to the rioting, the mayor and police commissioner should be charged with depraved-heart murder. If no such death, charge them at least with reckless endangerment.
