The Baltimore Police Union is demanding public records of radio transmissions and email notifications to prove the leadership in the Baltimore Police Department, specifically Police Chief Batts, told officers NOT to stop the riots and looting.
Facing the probability the police union is going to succeed in their endeavor to put sunlight upon the truth the Mayor, Police Chief Batts and his leadership team are now having to admit they did tell the officers to ‘stand down’. You can listen to some of the audio transmission here.
...and questions have been raised about why Mayor Rawlings-Blake and Chief Batts would be so willing to allow the rioting mob “space to destroy”.
So lets take a look at the possible ‘Higher-Ups’ who would have contact with Baltimore leadership and simultaneously carry the power to give such guidance.

My family was in NYC for generations, gradually took the white-flight to NJ for a comfortable 40-50 years, then retreated to upstate NY or west to PA, both of which are turning blue fast. Where we’ll be next, who knows?
We were driven away by an influx of people who may have been citizens, or may not, but culturally and ideologically they were definitely not Americans — nor did they attempt to be.

Conservatives have the means to establish a conservative media in the same league as the msm. They also have the means to establish private schools. Could it be that the Jackass Party racists running and ruining Baltimore took their attacks on the police force and the city itself a bit too far? The probable outcome here will be, Chief Batts will become Fall Guy Batts; I doubt that will save the mayor or that idiot prosecutor. Best outcome for the city is if that big chunk of the Canary Islands lets loose, slips into the Atlantic, and unleashes a tsunami. Thanks Ray76.

Answered your own question there. The takers vote 90% Democrat. The makers vote 10% Republican. Some takers will vote Republican for one reason or another. Some makers will vote Democrat for one reason or another.
This community is probably 85-90% taker, 10-15% maker.

I can't speak for all or most of them.
Only the few I know in my neighborhood..."Asia Town". It's nothing but Japanese (often 3rd of 4th generation), other Asians...White state government workers.
A veritable ground zero for dumb liberals.
Anyway, the Asians are particularly turned off by the GOP's Social Conservatives.
"I would be a Republican except..." is a common refrain.

The charming black contenders, running now and in the future, coming from nowhere politically, will have a very hard time of it, on the TRUST meter. Once in office, vengeance can rise to the top of the agenda.

When the Chinese first immigrated to California, the place was controlled by businessmen who did not treat Asians well. But Hell, businessmen did not treat my Irish-German ancestors well, or my Welsh ancestors (who were colliers, or miners) equitably, either.
Like most businessmen, they shrewdly observed foreigners as competition.
As for the social conservatism of Republicans that Asians dislike, Asian practices such as polygany, multiple concubines, slavery, etc., are not perceived by the majority of westerners with approval. However, Republicans scowl upon the practice of discrimination in University applications, that reject high-achieving Asians in preference of lower-achieving Hispanics or Blacks. Screw diversity. If you’re really good at something, college should not hold you back.
