Answered your own question there. The takers vote 90% Democrat. The makers vote 10% Republican. Some takers will vote Republican for one reason or another. Some makers will vote Democrat for one reason or another.
This community is probably 85-90% taker, 10-15% maker.
I was taking the position that Hispanics are part of the Democrat base (while another poster disagreed).
