Donald Trump says if he's elected president, he'd let undocumented workers who are productive stay in the United States, but if they just sponge off the system and don't contribute ... he'd have them deported.
Trump tells TMZ, he'd create a "system of merit," saying people here illegally should have "a road to legal status" if they work hard and contribute to the country.
Trump also says no one really knows how many people are in the U.S. illegally -- he cites different stats that show the figure is somewhere between 11 and 30 million. Trumps says it's unrealistic and inhumane to attempt to deport all of them. Thus, the merit system. He says many undocumented workers are "hardworking people" who deserve a chance to live the American dream.
The candidate was not specific about the criteria for being "productive," but he was specific that people who don't pay their freight over a period of time have no place here.

...best be changing your mind on that one Donald if you want a vote...
STRIKE 3
Bye Bye Donald.
Nice try Donnie.
No No! Kill them all!! No amnesty for misdemeanors!!!
Have we no cattle cars, buses, vans or trains?
The empty can rattles the most.
The minute you legitimize one of these invading criminals, you open this country up to the whims of a Supreme Court that doesn’t care one whit about tradition, morals, sovereignty or established law.
They will band together and seek equal protection under the law and sue for citizenship and the rights thereof on the basis of being legitimized - and the Supreme Court of the United States will give it to them. There is no other conclusion.
And exactly how does one test that?
Now Donald just pissed everybody off.
Ping!
Wrong Donald. Incidentally, the illegals didn’t steal a pack of bubble gun at the corner store. They broke Federal law when they stepped foot across the border. And they sponge off the system in a dozen different ways, even if they are ‘productive’.
Beyond that, you and I know that is an unworkable policy. Who determines if they’re ‘productive’? How long do they have to be nonproductive to get deported? What about their young kids who are, more than likely, American citizens?
Sorry Mr. Trump, no sale.
Lol
Local boards, comprised of upright Latino, Spanish-speaking citizens will be given 3 minutes to evaluate each case. Those who are approved will be given their choice of a brand new Chevrolet or Ford pick-up truck, a voucher for a year’s worth of fuel, a riding mower and a leaf blower.
“...you open this country up to the whims of a Supreme Court that doesnt care one whit about tradition, morals, sovereignty or established law.”
Not to mention the Constitution.
Think about everything Trump says. There's usually something in there where his opponents will hang themselves if they don't agree. If they don't agree with this, they're admitting that many invaders are exactly what Trump said they are.
That's pretty evident with this Court. It is a ship of six fools.
So much for his “America First” agenda.
Ironic that they will sue for these rights as if they have the right to sue for these rights to begin with. There is some Latin phrase that describes this situation.
LMAO!
Whateva, Trumpsta.
