The minute you legitimize one of these invading criminals, you open this country up to the whims of a Supreme Court that doesn’t care one whit about tradition, morals, sovereignty or established law.
They will band together and seek equal protection under the law and sue for citizenship and the rights thereof on the basis of being legitimized - and the Supreme Court of the United States will give it to them. There is no other conclusion.

Wrong Donald. Incidentally, the illegals didn’t steal a pack of bubble gun at the corner store. They broke Federal law when they stepped foot across the border. And they sponge off the system in a dozen different ways, even if they are ‘productive’.
Beyond that, you and I know that is an unworkable policy. Who determines if they’re ‘productive’? How long do they have to be nonproductive to get deported? What about their young kids who are, more than likely, American citizens?
Sorry Mr. Trump, no sale.

I’m all for this, as long as he sticks to the rest of his proposal, which is to build a wall at the border.
We shut the border, and we integrate those who are here already, who actually want to work. And we bring jobs back here to America.
That sounds like a very good compromise.
