That's how I would read it to polygamy and possibly incestuous marriages. I don't think you'd be able to marry your dog, however, as they can't grant consent.
A farmer should be able to marry all his animals and claim them as dependents as a mockery of this decision (not for beastual relations).

Scalia’s dissent says this is no democracy and that we’re ruled by 9 people in robes who aren’t anything like us.
He says this is worse than the “taxation without representation” of colonial times that was one of the justifications for rebellion.
