Did he say that? The article puts the word “accident” in quotation marks, but then it neglects to give us any statement by Perry that includes that word, or that thought.
What he seems to have said is that we should worry about these dangerous psychiatric medications, which have been behind several mass killings. No denial that it was racist that I can see.
I didn’t listen to the video. But the article is certainly misleading.

Two words with vastly different meanings, they at the Gaurdian, are English you know.
