After a House Benghazi Select Committee discovered either Hillary Clinton or the State Department withheld Benghazi emails, House Speaker John Boehner used the occasion to throw Bill Clinton’s infidelity in her face.What do you think?

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)
If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.
Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.
Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.
Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

Dear Speaker Boehner,
The former Secretary of State intentionally broke Federal laws the day she started as SecState. She intended to break the laws before she took office, as evidenced by the date her server and email accounts were set up. She intentionally, and willfully, violated the Federal Records Act.
She acted in bad faith during her entire tenure as SecState. She has repeatedly lied throughout the investigation of the disaster at Benghazi. She has lied, under oath, to the committee investigating Benghazi.
Sir, if you had any trace of a spine you would insure a criminal referral to the Justice Department for violations of the Federal Records Act and Perjury would have been on Eric Holder’s desk before 5:00 PM today.
Your response is to tweet some snarky “insult”? It is no wonder that everyone views you as a spineless eunuch. You are. Why don’t you do the country a favor by growing some balls and doing the right and correct thing?

Which is why this drunk all of a sudden is going after Hillary.
This is the week’s most stupid criticism of John Boehner.
Here’s what it has come down to.
Hillary is lying.
You have to ask yourself why she is lying.
She knows she’s caught, but she keeps on lying.
She went to law school. She knows that gets her into big trouble.
The only reason she would keep on doing this, is because the alternative is way worse.
What could be worse than being publicly shown to be a liar and lose your candidacy?
Prison time would be worse. She can’t spend all that Libyan money when she’s in prison.
Hillary is easy. She’s a thief and a liar who goes along with having people killed.
The press and her Democrat supporters?
