How far will our ideologically demented ruling class push Affirmative Action before people start pushing back? Already it has played a role in destroying our schools, with a liberal judge actually abolishing aptitude tests on the grounds that blacks don’t score as well. But apparently people don’t think it matters whether teachers have any qualifications other than skin color. If being black can get you into the White House, why not a classroom? Maybe airliners crashing into each other will wake people up:

As it turns out 29 years later (in 2002), Dr. Patrick Chavis, who was recently murdered, also turned out to be a profiteering liposuction hack that caused immense pain and suffering — and even death — to his minority patients. One must ask how the dubious principal of “diversity” was served by admitting Chavis in 1973 to UC Davis Medical School.

I was a USAF controller from 68 to 88. I saw a little bit of affirmative action. I don't know, but it might be worse now, since I retired in 88. I helped wash out blacks, whites, Hispanics, anyone who couldn't control airplanes and tended toward creating aluminum showers. In my own estimation, of the 4 best controllers I ever saw, two were white, one was Hispanic, but I think the best one I ever saw, was a black female from Tennessee. That woman could flat out move some airplanes around the sky.

A year on "probation" for all hires. At will employment agreements. You fail to perform, you are terminated. Document carefully in case some liberal whack job decides that some group has been "disproportionately affected" by failure to perform. Avoid government money in your revenue stream...it always comes with strings attached.

Sure; when I’m pushed to teach some token his/her job (in the process, trying to compensate for their lack of qualifications/education/training), I do no more than is necessary than to attain my own ends - not his/hers.

I haven’t focused on the larger population (beyond my own tribe) in decades; I don’t bring much to the “community”...

I do think at times, we need to to borrow from Cloward and Piven and use it to our advantage. In any battle, the enemy dictates the rules and we need to fight on his terms if we hope to win.

I have long held that "Cloward/Piven" is a model that was designed around the social model of Russia and China, where Tsars and Emperors ruled for generations and the people had no taste of real freedom.

I think professors Cloward and Piven have not given adequate thought to the differences between this nation and the ones they modeled the strategy on.

I think they will get a nasty shock when they find out what happens if you collapse things in this country. What I see happening is the outraged part of the nation goes on a "Liberal" hunt, and they will become an endangered species.

Agreed. But I would go further. If he were white, he would have never gone to Harvard, and he likely wouldn't have gone to college at all. He most likely would be still serving Ice Cream back at Baskin Robbins, which is a more fitting application of his intelligence and skill set.

Thank you. Yeah, it has been hard and I went through a lot of stress and I still am going through it now. I really miss her. Getting back to the subject, the practitioners of affirmative action are digging a hole for themselves by creating all this resentment and anger and if it does not stop, it will boil over at some point. The sad case is when it does, innocents will be hurt.

Yeah, sad to say, you're right. The only advice I can give to those who are innocent is to either not be there when something bad goes down or hunker down and not call attention to themselves and ride it out. The cities and surrounding suburbs will be a nightmare, it will be better to be in a small town outside those areas or to be in a rural area.
