Marilyn Mosby, the prosecutor in the Freddie Gray case, continues to make news for all the wrong reasons. First, her motion for a gag order in the case was dismissed because she filed it in the wrong court. The Baltimore Sun reports:
Judge Charles J. Peters ruled the motion lacked standing in an actual proceeding, as it was filed by Baltimore States Attorney Marilyn Mosbys office in Circuit Court on May 14. At that time, the officers cases were still in District Court. They werent transferred to Circuit Court until May 21, when the officers were indicted.
Mistakes like this arent unheard of in litigation, but they smack of amateurism.
Second, it has been revealed that Mosby directed Baltimore police to ramp up narcotics patrols with increased targeting at an intersection near where Freddie Gray was arrested. Mosbys directive does not, of course, bear on the question of whether police officers committed crimes in their treatment of Gray after he was arrested. An order to ramp up patrols isnt an invitation to injure people.
However, Mosbys directive seems to undercut whats left of the criminal charges she filed in connection with Grays arrest, as opposed to his treatment thereafter.

It has been suspected all along that Mosby is in over her head ... the two developments discussed above add to this impression.
Would you want to be operated on by an affirmative action surgeon???
“Mistakes like this arent unheard of in litigation, but they smack of amateurism.”
The author is being kind.
Before it’s over, you WILL be!
Yes, she is...let her drown.
This POS will rise rapidly within the ranks of the dem party.
“Black Like Me” ?
“Would you want to be operated on by an affirmative action surgeon???”
A white gastroenterologist and surgeon misdiagnosed pancreatitis as gall stones and removed a perfectly good gall bladder, plus nearly killed me. A white doctor punctured my father in-law’s colon during a routine colonoscopy at the point where he had colon cancer but didn’t realize the error. Three days later he was undergoing emergency colon surgery to save his life from the infection. He lived through that surgery but the puncture at the point of the cancer caused cancer cells to spread throughout his body and he died a year later in excruciating pain.
All doctors make mistakes.
My prediction: if we ever do get the coroner’s report it will show Freddie Gray had DISH. Degenerative Intersegmental Hyperostosis. He had a sword of Damocles hanging over him, he likely knew it, and it was entirely incompatible with his lifestyle. It’s like we used to say, “ The coroner knows everything, it’s just a day too late”.
Especially when we lower standards due to the pigment of one's skin.
Good judgement is the product of wisdom. Wisdom can only come from experience. Unfortunately, experience can only come from bad judgement.
Or Diffuse Idiopathic Skeltal Hyperostosis. I like the name I gave it better.
But... but... she’s a black woman!
She can’t be criticized!
Which causes suspicion of any actually competent doctor that fits the profile of “affirmative action”.
Yes, all doctors make mistakes,
but still the question arises,
would you want to be worked on by a doctor for whom
the standards were lowered in order for him/her to
become a doctor?
Not sure how many surgeons got through schools and all as quota boys.
I know obammy got by using his quota boy status though.
I remember hearing a comedian whose name I cannot remember say “somewhere there is the worlds worst doctor. He could be yours”.
First affirmative action doctor featured in Bakke case. Anyone remember it? Check out here:
From article below:
“In its 1978 Bakke decision, the Supreme Court approved the system that put Patrick Chavis in medical school: lower academic standards for most black students in exchange for racial “diversity.” The result is that black students for 20 years have been failing the national medical boards — the leading measure of medical school achievement — far more often than their peers.”
“Affirmative Action Can Be Fatal” (turns out Chavis was a butcher)

True. But dumb doctors make them at higher rates. And that's what racial quotas do - make schools hand out diplomas to dumb people because they're of the right skin color.
