New testimony reveals that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) used hundreds of attorneys to hide critical information from Congresss investigation of the IRS targeting of conservatives.
According to new congressional bombshell testimony today, the IRS set up a previously unknown special project team comprised of hundreds of attorneys, including the IRS Chief Counsel (one of only two politically appointed positions at the IRS).
The special project this team was given? Concealing information from Congress.

It appears that any element of the fed gov can “set up” any damn operation it wants to and NOT have to worry about funding it. That right there will do us in.
It sounds great, but if we can't even get Texas, Arizona and Louisiana on board, I think we can forget about Article V...

Do we not remember the cross-referencing of UCC, Tax Law, and other laws in the Obamacare bill? Such things take teams and time to write them.

We are living in a post-Constitutional, post-legal, anything goes society. Laws are no longer universal and are merely whatever a given entity has the power, will and ability to enforce. Sure what the IRS did is illegal but WHAT can be done and WHO will do it? NOTHING and NOBODY unfortunately.

i think jail is an end result of due process of law. none of which exists in this coutry.
Is that the one lock-and-keyed away deep in the bowels of Capitol Hill? Or is that another one? So many floating about, it's hard to keep track. Perhaps that's the idea....
Texas and Arizona both had Article V shut down by a single lawmaker, and it looks like LA is going down the same path...
